As we all know, there has never been a movie which critically evaluates Islam nor will there ever be. On the other hand, countless movies, critical of christianty, have been produced.

The reason we havent and wont see the same about Islam is because everyone in the world knows what will happen. Theaters would be blown up, producers beheaded, actors impaled.

Facinating we live with this, knowing it full well, yet we kinda dismiss it as "a cultural difference".

Poor Van Gogh, in the Netherlands made a short film....just a short film, not a major theater production, but a short film about the abuse of woman in Islam and the incest in Islam.

He was brutally murdered of course with a note stabbed onto his chest promising the same to anyone else who offends Allah.

If you think about it, over the long haul, if they can continue to keep their religion above scrutiny (by threat) while all others are not...its a real Darwinian advantage.

The Jewish religion is based off of The Tanakh, the Ten Commandments, the 613 Mitzvot, and ideas all from hundreds of years before the existence of Christ. Like the people that lived before him, we do not believe in the necessity of Christ to communicate with God or go to heaven. Why are Jews persecuted and disliked so much for this belief? How was Jesus the Messiah if there is still pain and suffering in the world (much of it endured by Jews, inflicted by Christians)? If Jesus was perfect and Jesus was Jewish, isn't Judaism the way to go? Following this thought, if Jesus is perfect, God is perfect, and The Holy Ghost is perfect, then aren't 2 of those 3 superfluous? Is Jesus the Son of God or is he God? (I'd been told both.) And I have more but not enought room...so maybe later. I mean no disrespect just trying to understand some things. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to respond.

Just because you grow up in a certain area and certain people commit all the crimes, does that make it ok to blame all the other people like them? NO! True Christians are far from those "portayed" on tv as the nuts bombing abortion clinics or members of the KKK. So why are Americans so hypnotized by the media's portrayal of Christians? You have liberal and conservative Christians fighting over whether or not Gays can get married, everyone is fighting over their interpretation of Bible verses about the immorality or acceptence of homosexuality. Isn't this what happens when the Bible is the ONLY Authorithy for Christian faith? Don't you need a universal Christian leader and Church to speak authoritative?

I am trying to understand how once you have found the truth you can ignor GOD and do as you please and expect to be forgiven. IF you truly have found GOD then it would be impossible to act in a manner that would offend him and lead you to hell. IS it becasue you do not beleif and only act as if you do so you are accepted into a group .
With so many affairs going on how can we trust the teachings you proffess to be the word of GOD.

I think it's because because they can no longer believe the lies about Islam. The truth is presented before them and they can no longer deny and say it's a violent religion.

I know when I copy and paste, I genuinely try and search for the answer corresponding to the question. I try to give then FACTS and TRUTH rather than heresay and lies. Sometimes it's long, but if you don't like it, skip over it. No big deal.

Now the guy on here who copy and pastes that whole speech on ex-Muslim movement..he should be banned because his answer never pertains to the question.

My family did not have much to do with me before Islam and really don't know. The only reason I keep in contact with them is because Islam tells us to keep ties with our kin. I try but they really don't care if I do or not. Sad really, but it is there loss.

So I would like to hear from non-Muslims who have Muslims in the family.

God being first of course. Mine would be the mother who inspired the Proverbs 31 women...the lady who wrote the proverb for her son, so he would know what kind of lady he should marry. I live off that verse, adn cant wait to meet her. What an influence.

If this man Jesus who was purported to be the son of man,had not been crucified, do you think people would still follow him and claim there love for him? Or is it because of the crucifixon he has so many followers.
