If I am understanding your questions correctly, it is not just Christians that have contentment with their belief! Any one who has faith, no matter what their religious direction, has belief and if they are devout, are content!

If Christians are so content with belief why do they feel the need to force feed the rest of us? Hey, if you can find contentment with any belief system you are blessed. More power to you.

I think we have all been equally blessed. Some of us are more grateful than others, some squander their blessing, some say their blessing is better than yours and ignore the fact they have been blessed at all and say they did it on their own. Some may even try to steal your blessing and are free to just give it away (though more will come your way). The fact that we haven't blown our selves up with all the nukes out there and all the fighting convinces me that we are being watched over by something. Just reading this forum shows me that most of us will never get along because someone just has to be right.or do they?

No- I think that if there is a God - it tests us all in any possible way. Some of us it tests harder than the rest- and not because they do not believe- but because it wants to see if they will stop or start believing.
My mother has been through many difficult obstacles in life... and she is a strong believer. I have been through just as many and I am not. My boyfriend has had a good life and he does not believe... and my aunt has had a good life, and she does.
Blessings do not come from beliefs... they come from within, by making choices and taking risks. And of course, many mistakes do happen.

Christians are more blessed than the rest of the world because they have inherited the Kingdom of Heaven and therefore eternal life.

That's like saying a braindead person is blessed because they don't have anything to worry about. Being content with faith is like not having to think for yourself. To me, I'm more "blessed" (lucky or whatever you want to call it) to actually have a mind and goals which allow me to seek out the answers to life's questions through science and reasoning.

God determines blessings and who receives them. I am sure there are many faithful Christians that don't feel blessed. Job sure didn't.
Plus have you heard of blessings in disguise? Sometimes things we feel are bad only turn out to be good for ourselves or others.

That's part of it. The Bible has many exhortations to be content in one's faith. Another part of it is that the Bible is chock full of instructions regarding being kind and loving to others. It really elevates human behavior. I'm an atheist, but I have great affinity for Christians and their ideals. Please note: I am not unaware of the crimes that have been done in God's name. I just think the good work that Christians do has eclisped them.

I think so because I have found our freedom in the Lord. I have come to a point in my life where if God decides its my turn to leave this earth I am ready.
There are somethings I would like to do before I go but it's no big deal.
I have found true happiness by talking to God.

Me calling something a "blessing" could be the same as you referring to something as "lucky". I assume you don't believe in being blessed since you don't believe in God. I pray for blessings and yes I consider myself blessed.
