Let me get this straight: you want a holy war against Christians? How would that make you any better than the fundies you despise?

You make some very sweeping statements but you are angry about the hypocrisy. Not every large organized religion that professes Christianity is indeed what they say they are. For example most professed "Christians" follow many 'Pagan' customs -so they aren't exactly Christians - that is just what they say they are.
True Christains are followers/imitators of Jesus. The law is to love God with your own heart - and to love your neighbour as yourself. Does that sound like a destructive thing? Christians 'must' be peaceful, humble, COMPASSIONATE and 'pure' in their way of worship - no killing, no judging, no racism, - but instead love. YOU ARE RIGHT - when a clergyman blesses a war - he is not setting the example - and God will do the judging - you cannot mislead the people and not reap what you sow. There are true Christians on the earth - but they are rejected by many - due to prejudice and ignorance. You do not hold the position to judge either, and in a blanket uprising against 'Christians' YOU WOULD ALSO TAKE AWAY THE peace lovers and good Citizens - just a Hitler did. Don't worry God is going to step in and fix such things as hypocricy - he promises that.

When I was a pagan, we were about love, peace and happiness! Not about war! Not about fighting! We accepted all cultures and embraced all peoples. People always speak about Pagans as such peaceful people, but you are promoting the opposite.
I started seeing an uprising of negativity in the pagan circle, after I left. The blamed "Christians"(nobody else).
But you can only allow something to get to you. Christians have been the same way for 100s of years. Why would Pagans start to get offended now? I know some Christians are quite pushy, and they are the ones that pushed me away from Christianity for so long. When I was a pagan, I just ignored them, I never let it bother me.
I heard so much talk from once peaceful pagans about fighting, anger and hate towards "Christians". People they never met, a generalization about a group of people. How can you discriminate against a group of people? Just because someone has done something to you it doesn't mean everybody from that group of people is like that. Hate and negitivity is a terrible posion, it causes yourself to be dragged down with it. Its always best to just let it go. Release it. (and turn the other cheek, like jesus said.)
I'm happy I turned my life to the Lord Jesus Christ. My life is much more peaceful, and much more full of love. I don't spend my time thinking about rising up against people.

Earth God? Don't you mean Earth Goddess?
I don't think there should be a Pagan uprising against anyone. That's what the Christians did to our Pagan ancestors. We need to show we're the better people by showing love, respect, and compassion.
There needs to be an uprising in respect for one another.

yeah, brother. let's take the arms and make another holy war, as we haven't enough of this.
the only way to finish this Empire is aware people about the BIG LIE that the bible is, but the atheists done that and the Church is still there. we can aware about the dirt history of the Church but the Pope already "asks sorry" for the previous "holy mistakes" that Church committed and the followers swallow that. we can run into a candidate and make a pagan government, change some laws and ensure religious freedom to all, with legal retaliations against fundamentalism, but Bush is already making that (Islamic fundies terrorism combat) and none (with brains) are like what he is doing.
so, what we can do is fight for our rights and make public speeches to let everyone knows what we believe and hope their minds change. without strong. with the help of Gods. so mote it be.

Out and out war.. no that would make us no better than the groups which despise us.. why sink to that level. The damage to mother earth has been done over a period of many years and will take the efforts of many different people with different beliefs working together to put right again.

Oh right, only the Christian Fundies are doing this. *Sigh* Sorry to burst your little bubble, but there are Pagan groups out there doing this as well. Muslim groups do it, Jewish Groups do it. People allow this sort of thing to happen, usually because of peer pressure. But at least bring it closer to reality. The Christian Fanatics aren't the only Fanatics in the world.

The pagan's wont' win. Good will always prevail over evil. Pagans do not believe in God.
Romans 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
This means you too!

Yes, it's about time. In fact, in many places in Europe the followers of the ancient gods of war have been banding together and honing our skills for the occasion.
EDIT: No, we're not happy unless there's there's some major ***-kickage involved.

if you mean should we all refuse to submit to dogma and refuse to impose our wills or beliefs onto others in the name of God, as a Pagan uprising, then yes,I am all for free thinking, if you mean like Jihad or holy war under another religion, well that sounds like you are suggesting we become what you despise.
