I was wondering if wrote these sentences correctly. Grammar, spelling, verb usage, ect.

I have also been learning about the subjunctive and I was wondering if there is any way to form these sentences (still making the same point) using the subjunctive? Only if the use of the subjunctive is applicable… I'm still learning so I'm not quite sure when it's appropriate to use it.

1. Deseo ser una médica porque médicos ayudan a personas.
2. Trabajaba en un restuaurant por dos años como una camarera.
3. Cuándo yo tenía diez años, yo deseé ser una actriz porque me gustaba mirar películas.

1) Is it ok to say ‘I had to park parallel my car’? If not, what is the proper way of saying it?
2) And is it ok to say ‘My car had to be parked parallel’? If it is ok grammatically, does it sound natural to use passive voice in this case?

I'd like the three sentences listed below translated into any of the Romantic languages. Please state which language it is when you translate it if it's not glaringly obvious. I was looking through old books i bought from good will [i'm a fan of old books] and i found a religious bookmark that says this, or appears to say this, "Ad serviendum venisti ad patiendum el labordandum scias te vocatom" i'm a huge fan of the latin language, although i know nothing, and i'm religious. some translators online helped, it must say something like to serve, come, endure - something like that. in the picture is a girl praying and jesus is above her looking down while she looks up at him.. please help me!

I wanted to get a tattoo of the phrase "Blessed Be" in French...but can anybody tell me the correct way of writing it...i used a couple translators but I know its not always correct....here are the ways i got

Is it hard to learn two languages at once?

I'm learning both Arabic and Spanish... but I have a little bit of a Spanish background (took 2 years in high school). However, i'm taking Arabic without any prior knowledge of it. My question is this: Is it hard to do this? And should I be doing it? Or should I drop one of them (have more knowledge of Arabic now than Spanish)?

well, i'm thinking of doing a spanish course but if i do the course, do you think the grammar would be the same as what they speak in spain. i mean, the conversations that spanish people speak would be different than you learning them. do you agree? in another words the terminology that spanish people use compared to foreigners speaking spanish

Por qué pongo una pregunta acerca de personas de Colombia, y me la cancelan? En cambio, me he topado con 'N' preguntas estúpidas como: espiando a mi hermana, espiando a mi mamá, relaciones con mi hermano/hermana, etc, y esas no las quitan!!!

Mi pregunta era acerca de alguien que viviera en Filadelfia. Además, no era nada malo, solo una pregunta de cultura general.

Se me hace bastante estúpida la Política de Yahoo! answers en la forma de quitar o eliminar preguntas.

I made a question about people from Colombia, and it is 'canceled'!! Nevertheless, I have came accross with 'N' stupid quesions like: spying my sister/brother/dad/mom, having sex with relatives, and they are still here!!!

I will not make the question again, since they can take it away, just because. Anyway, it was not any bad. It was about Colombian people living in Philadelphia.

I think the Yahoo! answers policy is very stupid and biased on how they decide to take questions away.

What do you think?
