Need some translation help from native speakers, students, translators, or teachers please. Details inside.?

Question

I'd like the three sentences listed below translated into any of the Romantic languages. Please state which language it is when you translate it if it's not glaringly obvious. Also don't use a translator site. Those mix and match verb tenses and I want this to be correct as it's for a tattoo. Which is permanent.

Forgive me for ever disappointing you.
I am only human.
I love you always.

This is Italian.

1.- Perdonami per averti sempre deluso.
2.- Sono solo umana (or 'umano' if the speaker is a man)
3.- Ti amo sempre

1.- it's missing the translation of 'ever' (sempre)
3.-'ti amerò sempre' is a better saying in Italian but it translates "I will always love you" and not "I love you always")

Hi, if you ever choose Italian go with what Chiara C suggested. I'm a translator and I'm Italian, and I firmly believe that transating means to report the meaning accurately and to try to maintain the beauty of the form of the original language. In Italian you'll never hear anyone say "ti amo sempre", so it would look ridiculous tattooed on you. And you don't want something ridiculous printed permanently on your skin.
"Ti amero' sempre", on the other hand, is both accurate and beautiful.

Would you like it in Greek?
Here it is:

"Συγχώρεσέ με αν σε απογοήτευσα ποτέ.
Είμαι απλά ένας άνθρωπος.
Σε αγαπάω πάντα."

The last phrase would be better in Greek like this :

"Θα σε αγαπάω για πάντα."

It's like saying "I will allways love you"
