I'm old, and over 50. I don't know what H.W. is, but BBC should either be Bad Boy's Club, or British Broadcasting Corp. But I'm sure the wannabe pimps in this day and age have another meaning for it.

Well, usually the BBC refers to the British Broadcasting Company...but if these people are 'gangster' as you say, I doubt they're talking about the BBC frequently, lol. What do they talk about when the say it? The only BBC I know is the British Broadcasting Corporation.

don't know about 9Th grade but it generally means British Broadcasting Corporation. Used to listen to it all the time when I was in the US Army in Germany.

There are three things it could mean - but a LOT depends on who's saying it and why. MY guess would be for BBC to be big black c**k ... you can fill in the blanks on that one ... since you are talking about kids and school.
