I think it might be French it is a Latin based language for sure. Bon Soir is French I know that for sure. They are talking about regreting something with alcohol.

Yep. French. Beacoup (pronounced kind of like "boo-coo") means "much" or "very" or "a lot" depending on what it is modifying. French structure is kind of backwards to me ("the tractor green" as opposed to "the green tractor"). (if I were guessing I'd say alchole=alcohol and regrete=regret) Good luck!
