Is it really offensive to see Christmas trees or wreaths in public places? Is Santa Claus offensive? Do you think that the ACLU has made way too much of all this or are they right in their actions?

Just want some perspective here. I am more than delighted to see Menorahs or any other spiritual symbols and can't help but think others aren't as outraged at our symbols as some legal groups would have us think. Comments?

I have a two cousins. a boy who's about 16 and a girl who's about 12. They live in india and have a birthday coming up. I'm not worried about getting it to them since my nani is going there soon, but i'm not sure what they would want for their birthday. I live in America and I would like to get them something that they may not be able to get there in India. They live in a medium sized village and own land there. My parents earn an average amount here. Do you have any ideas of what they may want?

okay I'm planning to get my husband, NBA league pass for christmas. when I order it, it will automatically be on my account and on my TV but how do I present it to my husband? do I just tell him, "u got nba league pass" on christmas day? Do you know the true meaning of Christmas? It seems less and less people actually think about Jesus every year. They're thinking of presents. Children are cheering Santa's name as if the holiday is in favor of him. Jesus must feel so left out and sad, when it's His birthday in the first place. Consider that. Place a tiny present under the tree for Jesus. Just for Him. For no one else. Think of Him. He'll treasure that.

I went to a Christmas Party and we played the Dirty Santa Game. As the game came to a close, I ended up with a broach that are usually worn by older women. It is a nice piece of jewelry, but I just never wear them.

However, My grandmother likes to wear them. Would it be ok to re-gift this to her? or Would that be innappropriate?
