I have 40 dollars to spend.......I need food....and things to entertain my friends...have any ideas???? keep in mind...I am 15...and it will be all girls.....Thx.

Rent a great movie.
Buy some nail sticker kits (could get christmas themed ones) buy some polish or tell everybody to bring thier fav color. then give each other mainicures.
Make a friendship book. Make or find a cute form on the internet with questions like. Favorite food, favorite movie, dream vaccation, where was you first kiss, etc. get everyone to fill them in at the party then make a copy of the book for everyone for christmas. -- color copies are expensive, so either plan black and white or scan and print an keep it short.
Tell everyone to bring some pictures or you can take a group or individual pics at the party to put in the book.

Are you having a meal or just snacks? If just snacks you can get some trays of fruit and stuff. If you're planning on having a meal, mini-sandwiches would be cute, and you could get those toothpicks with the colored ends in red and green.
Crepe paper is a really cheap and easy decoration, and it comes in all colors. You could tape it to the ceiling or walls on all sides, then have all of it come up and meet in the middle of the ceiling. If you add a couple of matching balloons to the center of it, it has a really cool effect.
Since it's all girls, you could get some miniature bottles of lotions in holiday scents and nail polish in red and green. That could be some of the entertainment and serve as little party favors. You could also do karaoke with Christmas carols. (If you don't have the microphones, hairbrushes work great too!)
A fun game we played at a Christmas party I went to is- wrap a few small gifts (you only have to spend a couple dollars) and have people feel them and guess what they are. Things that were at my party were like a package of Silly Putty or a bag of M&Ms. The first person to guess right wins the gift.

go 1$ store and buy favors and cd christmas and for food go to foodco for food its chraper or safeway food already made and karoke get at ross if still have and do skit on a movie of noel and dance alot youll porobuly spend 30$ have left over so hope this helps and have fun
