I need to make something for a my marine fiance for christmas, but i lack on the creative thinking part..so i need all of you to help me!! ive tried getting ideas off websites, but there was no luck there..so what should i do..?

What's your favorite or best homemade Christmas tree ornament?

Mine is: empty walnut shells (glued back together) spray painted silver, with a small silver string loop to hang, and 5 tiny red beads (the kind from bead garland) glued around the string. (I'm very proud because the walnut shells were "trash" and the other stuff I recycled from leftover craft supplies)

my family won't be able to decorate this year because we're doing A LOT of work on our house. and the whole things got me down. i love christmas and decorating gets me so cheery.. but i know thats not what christmas is all about and i know theres a ton of other things that i can do to get in the holiday spirit but i still really want that tree up for some reason. so yeah why do people feel that they need to have a tree up for christmas to really be christmas?

What's a good (tasteful / fast / easy / affordable) Christmas / Hanukkah present to get for the staff of my dentist's office?

All the stores are full of candy and cookies and chocolate baskets, and I can't get them that... lol. Also, unfortunately I don't have time to bake or make anything myself.

I heard that a Rabbi was threatening to sue the airport if they didn't remove the christmas trees. He says they are religious symbols and they were offensive to his religion (Jewish). Anyone here agree? Is a christmas tree a religious symbol? Or is he just full of himself and wanting his 15 minutes of fame?
