I gave my friend, who teaches preschool, a great idea for teaching language/words/vocabulary. She used it, loved it, and turned it into a company that we use to make money on our ideas. She didin't ask me but just told me after the fact that she had turned it in, and that she'd give me the money - she was just so excited about the idea, I guess, that she turned it in without asking me, who knows - anyways - she came to my store where we talked about splitting it because she had turned it in and changed it a little - laminating it and that's about it. We never discussed figures or anything then - but now the idea did earn us some money. And now we need to split it. How should we split it? If I had never told her, then she'd have no money - and I could have turned it in at my leisure later - but if she hadn't turned it in then I 'd have no money yet for it - but could have done it later myself. Anyways MY idea, HER slight modification - so who gets what? THANKS THANKS THANKS
