for the pre fix menu (pre fix? or pree -feeeee ) okay so theres like first courses and second courses and stuff. do you get to choose whatever you want as many as you want from it? even if its a set fee like 50 dollars per person? or is it only one thing per ccourse?
and reservations. do you need a credit card to hold a table?

One choice from each course. Depends on the restaurant whether you need a credit card to hold a table. The majority do not require this.

One selection from each course. And it will just depend on the place about payment. Ask what kind of payment they take (some places don't take checks). Just give 'em a call.
P.S. It's prix fixe, and pronounced "pree fix, almost eliding an ee with the i in fixe.
