I'm not sure what the proper etiquette is in this situation. Say you're on the phone with someone and you get another call through call waiting. Is it rude to hang up with that person you're already on the phone with in order to talk with the other person?

Cowboys and Cowgirls -Indians-Knights-Star wars ect.

Are these kind of games ones we should encourage?

I grew up on them-and I think I turned out normal. What are you views now and what were they than?

I think the hizbolian people in the middlewest should stop their firing of nukes on israel and israel needs to stop to. I love peace and i believe is a pure utah girl that peace can come from eating good food together.

My neighbor once tried to pull the hitch off of my singlewide trailer and when i caught him i invited him to some good ole hog stew my maw tought me to make. I like to pour the chicken skin fried battered gravy on it. We enjoy it with a glass of good ice tea and we became friends and i let him have the hitch.

We have over 70 states in america so why dont we send texas, florida, ohio , indianian troops over there to cook up some good slop and get the hizbolians to put down their nukes and talk some peace?

I'm trying to throw a tasteful shower for the bride and I am having all kinds of problems with ebry other bridesmaid except one. They seem to be all very self centered and outwardly nasty to everyone. How am I going to pull this off and survive intact?

The harasser is on a motorbike and I'm in a car. He pounds on the window, honks, spits and shouts profanities. Driving off is not an option as I have to stop at traffic lights and slow down at junctions. Both of us are alone.

I responded to a question about annoying mother-in-laws. One of the things I talked about was how mine snooped through our belongings. She also questions our fianances and has pulled food I have thrown out...stating it's not bad. Perhaps if I borrowed money from this woman I could understand her questions. But, opening someones mail, snooping and rumaging through your trash is wrong...I don't care who you are. Anyway, GiGi who also answered this question sent me a nasty email stating that I was shallow and should be patient with my mother-in-law. She also stated she will probably be the same way when her son marries...heaven help her son and future daughter-in-law. My question is ...would you tolerate someone doing any of the above??? I would if I was dealing with a mentally ill person. Not in this case.

My brothers grown children are pretty rude. They never send thank you notes, announcements, or anything.

My nephew and his wife had a baby... probably 5 months ago... no notice. Christmas gifts sent to their children... not even an acknowledgement that they received, let alone thanks for the gift and that they enjoyed them.

Now I just got a invitation to a baby shower for a girl I don't even know who she is. She DOES have my maiden name...so.. is she a new bride?

I hear - through my daughter who gave a caller the other night our address (the invitation came to me as my maiden name- I've been married nearly 20 years)...that yeah MAYBE the second son is married now...because here comes a baby.

No wedding invitation or announcement that he got married...and now I am to shell out money for a gift?

I won't hear from them past this "gimme a gift" request?

Should I send a gift? Attend the shower? Or say... NO MORE!

I am heading toward the last, myself.

The other day I answered a question about annoying mother-in-laws. I explained how my mother-in-law asked if I had anything to put on her yardsale. I gave her an outfit I did not like. Two years later she gave it back to me for my birthday. GiGi also answered the question and then proceeded to email me and tell me I was shallow and should be ashamed of myself. I don't have a problem with re-gifting if it's tasteful....what do you think? Just want to prove a point!

Old Sid stopped Jason telling a really good joke in the pub tomight by saying, Jace, leave it, there are ladies present. As it happens. I have heard it and it's about men and women having it off. Why can't 'Ladies' hear it? They do it with Gentlemen, don't they?

I've seen people do the most funniest things on public transport - mainly cuz they're in a rush or absent-minded. I wanna know your experiences, what you saw, or what you did.

Here's an example - today, I saw a tall guy jump on a packed train carriage. The driver kept warning passengers to stay clear of the closing doors, but the man insisted on popping his head out the door. He notices the doors closing in on him when they're inches away from his neck. He managed to release his trapped body, only to then have to fight for his briefcase. By this point, he was annoyed and exhausted so decided to rest back against the closed door. Only thing is... the doors re-opened at that same point and he fell right through back onto the platform!!

The thing that gets me the most is that everyone saw this and did nothing - didn't offer help and didn't laugh!

So sad, but so funny.

So... how about you?

As a guy I am extremely careful to do the business of breaking wind away from others.Human gas has an odor that isn't something I think people should intentionally share with others. It is nasty. It also is one of the top ten most disgusting sounds right after the sound of someone vomiting but is higher on that list then the sound of a burp.

Yet many guys, and even a few girls, think it is funny and cool and make it a point to break wind around others. Why do they do it?Are they just nasty?Did they never learn manners?Or do the just not have any class?
