Avoid eye contact, try not to inflame the situation, try to get a description of him and his bike along with the license plate number and call the police. They are trained to deal with people like this. What he is doing is disorderly conduct at the least. Once you have all the information you can get turn off , you have to to get away from this person. But please for your own safety let the police handle this nut.

That's a serious hazard. Take down the license plate and call the police and ask what you should do in those situations. There's nothing they can do criminally, but maybe they can give him a good scare with a phone call.
One thing I've learned to do with aggressive drivers behind me is to decide it's a good time to wash my windshield. For some weird reason, a little water on their car when I turn on the washer scares the crap out of them and they pull back. Perhaps something similar will work in this case. Even beside you he could end up wet.
