We had a full department 2 weeks ago, now there is 1 worker and 3 managers. Should this department communicate to the company how they are going to manage?

Sounds like too many chiefs and not enough indians. Some restructuring needs to be going on soon. Gee, there should be a memo!?

I'm guessing that the head of the department has been in touch with the higher ups. If you're the 1 worker in that department, talk to your bosses about your concerns.

I would be more concerned as to why so many left. While there should be some communication as to the new division of workload so everyone knows who to see, there should also be some concentrated efforts to figure out why everyone is leaving.

I think a memo explaining what the changes are would help everyone.
