at least he is eating IN your ear and not actually eating your EAR :-)
Umm...maybe you showed some reaction the first time he ate in your ear, like you gave him some attention (maybe even negative attention.) Kids will do anything for attention. Try ignoring it and he should stop. Unless of course, he's like eating raw carrots in which case you should be deaf by now. :-)

Because he's a kid, and kids do the darnest thing. Like I want to
tell you a secret and all they do is chew in your ears. He's just
playing with you and if he isn't ,then that's just annoying. Ask
him he'll tell you.
