I am straight so i wanted to ask anyone who is gay how they felt about the word "gay" and "F-g" mostly the f word used in a sense like.

someone saying "oh thats gay"
"shut up ya F-G"
"this is gay"
"don't be such a F-G"

stupid sayings like that. I am guilty of saying stuff like that sometimes but never knew if it effected people who were gay.

These sayings are probably heard more around school then anywhere else. Thanks for your feed back it will help me alot

I know that someone else has asked this in a different section, but if you are and it is not by choice, then my thoughts are with you and I will raise a glass to you as I do every Christmas morning at 11am, and to all who cannot be with us. I hope some of you will join me, although it will be tea, as I will be at work.

I am typically apolitical, so forgive any ignorance, but someone used this phrase in an answer and it did not make sense to me.

I guess I'd fit under the half full catagory. Having half of something is better than having all of nothing.

Ok I live in Canada and at school the Asian girls always try to talk to me or stalk me!! I got blonde hair, blue eyes, and pale skin. I don't want them near me! They just want to impure my genes with their stinky dominant genes. I got rare recessive traits and it should be preserved! But all the White girls go for the Asian guys here!

My fellow White Canadian guys are falling for Asian girls, I cannot save them! How do I keep these yellow stinks away? Why don't they go down to America or something?

If an increases the risk of HIV transmission that is involved with anal sex makes it wrong to be a gay man. Wouldn't logically it would be wrong for a woman to have sex with a man, since it's much more safer for her to be a lesbian?

A good friend, age 67, in good health, on no meds, good blood pressure, seems to be very emotional at times.
He says he can feel like crying when talking about his kids, grandkids, watching an injury in a football game, a movie, a memory of long ago, listening to old songs, any number of things.
Has any males experienced these kinds of emotions?
Am I headed for this?

Let's presume you talk to someone, in the form of letter for email. You are not told their name, or their gender, and are not allowed to be told anything that would help you to tell. Let's also presume that you fall in love with this person.

Now, they could be either gender. You, of course, don't know which.

Finally, you meet them, and find that they're of the gender you're not "interested in."

Would you REALLY fall OUT of love with them? If you do, you're either lying to yourself, or you were never in love with them in the first place.

Therefore, wouldn't that imply that attraction; gay or straight, does not define who you actually LOVE?

Ok, people.. just wanna know.. why should I come out? Should people (family, friends, relatives) know about my sexual orientation? Why do they have to know? If they know I'm gay, I'm sure it will change things, how they treat me as a friend etc.
I've recently realized I'm gay. I told ONE friend about it & she told me it didn’t sink in to her yet and she’s still trying to process it. I have no problem with this friend of mine, I trust her & it was kind of a relief to me that I told her, and that someone knew.
I don’t have a girlfriend & I’m not in love right now, but I’m happy. I’ve accepted myself for who I am & for what I am but I don’t think people will still be accepting if they knew I’m gay. I have lots of friends but lately when I talk to them I feel like I’m cheating on them because they don’t know I’m gay, but then again, why do they have to know?

I purchased a Norfolk Island pine last night, it is potted and I can plant it or use it again next year. While looking at the tree and starting to put lights on it, I noticed the top is wider than the bottom, kinda looks like it is upside down! Strange looking tree for sure! I m afraid the decorations will topple the tree.........

do you think its okay (if you are black) for some one of a different race to call you a '*****'? or if you are of a different race do you believe that it is okay for you to call a black person that? Even if you mean it in a "nice" way? The reason for me asking is because I hear soooo many people outside our race using the word but I don't think they fully understand how much that word has affected us! yes its a negative word but we took it and made it something SOMEWHAT positive...FOR US! i mean if you think it about black people are the most copied race on this planet. yes, we are. from clothes, to music, our bodies and our slang. I just feel kind of offended when i hear someone outside the race calling themselves that when they really have no idea what that word means and how it has affected us. But then again, we have made the word so popular that we really can't blame them. what do you think? is it okay or not? and PLEASE NO RACIST COMMENTS!!!!!! i just wanted to get other opinions

A construction worker goes to the doctor and says, "Doc, I'm constipated." The doctor examines him for a minute and then says, "Lean over the table."

The construction worker leans over the table, the doctor whacks him on the *** with a baseball bat, and then sends him into the bathroom. He comes out a few minutes later and says, "Doc, I feel great. What should I do?"

The doctor says, "Stop wiping with cement bags."

I'm not saying all and I'm not going to apologise for my bold statement. It's like a lot of Europeans and others come to England, which is good because they earn a living and they keep our economy afloat, but some of them don't even bother to learn the language and refuse, which I think is VERY disrespectful, if you came to this country then you came to live and respect english morals and cultural, which, duh, you should know the bloodie language! Then some of them want us to write lots of different languages on forms as well as english, but I don't think it should be done like this. People who live in England, should know and have decency to learn the language!! Also a lot of people who come from this country bring crime and insult our government/people and way of life, then why are you here? Some of them life off goverment welfare and money (our taxes) and bash our way of life...then perhaps you should get out and not live here!! I find in insulting and disrespectful!

i was reading some answers people asked about America and Americans from other countries on Yahoo answers and i was schocked to find that people of other nationalities really dont like us americans. they said we are greedy, that we think we are entitled to everything among many, many other generilizations. some poeple were very mean. Why do you think people of other cultures see us that way?

Last night I kind of fooled around with my roomie (bi girl), i didnt kiss her or have sex with her or anything, we just..I dont want to get explicit and describe what we did but it wasnt NOTHING yet it wasnt anything at the same time, so I dont know if I shoud consider it cheating or not, i love my gf so much and I allready feel so guilty, I don't know what to do...me and her have been on and off the whole year and just in sept decided to be in a open relationship even though I havent done anything with anyone else until last night BUT it was the worst timing ever because in the last month me and my gf have never been closer and more in love!
This is really bad....I dont know, I'm freaking a bit....I dont even like my roomie, I dont have feelings for her but I'm slightly attracted to her...and I had a bit too much to drink last night (even though thats not an excuse) so argh..what should i do? Should I let my gf know what happened last night or forget about it and never do it again?

I'm bi-curious. I met a girl on the internet. I sent her a friend request because I thought she was cute. At first, she just stayed there, and we never spoke. Recently, I have started up conversations with her. We have been talking for about two months now over the internet, and plan on meeting in person tonight.
The deal is - she has a girlfriend. I know she really stresses out over her girlfriend, and although I havent mentioned it to her - I think he gf is probably seeing other people... she's never around.
So, tonight when we go out... I'm almost hoping I'm not attracted to her... because I don't want to complicate things. I am very intrigued by her.Should I hold back regardless of how I might feel,or should I say something.Also-what if she tries something, should I say no?I'm confused. I'd have to think she has to have some kind of attraction towards me and wondering the same. Not to brag, but I am way better looking than her gf and she tells me things she cant tell her gf.

I love my boyfriend, we are in a very serious committed relationship and frequently talk about getting married in the future. I knew before we started dating that he is bisexual and it took a little while to get used to the idea but it really doesn't bother me at all. However when we go out or something and he sees a guy he finds attractive he points them out to me, he knows it kinda bugs me when he comments like that about other girls so he doesn't do it anymore but still points out guys he finds attractive. This is starting to get on my nerves, I am pretty sure if he knew it bothered me he would stop, or at least cut it down a decent bit, but I really don't want to offend him by bringing it up. What would be the best way to approach this situation?
