I guess I'd fit under the half full catagory. Having half of something is better than having all of nothing.

Yes, I am a half full person. I have had a rough trot in life but also a lot of experiences good and bad which have made things interesting to say the least. I think I have had a full life and there is plenty more to come. I tend to confront things head-on. My ex said the trouble with me was that I had opinions (?); well, I know what I think and believe in and I don't hesitate to express it. At the moment I am carer for my elderly father who is definitely a half empty person so it is a constant battle of wits trying to convince him that things aren't really that bad!

As I am an A-type personality I would say I am "glass if half full" person. I am very optimistic, no matter how bad things in life can get!

As crazy as it sounds, it depends.

The majority of the time, I am a "glass is half full" person, but whenever I am in a super bad mood, it can easily change to "glass is half empty".

Sigh....

To me the glass is half full if i was filling it up and half empty if i was dumping it out. So I react as the situation demands.

A glass half full-half a loaf is better than none-and so on. It is positive thinking, which is more satisifying than negative thinking. There are times when its hard to be satisified with half full, but then I think, well half is better than empty.
