it seems as though whatever rleigion u were born into, are intially started off with, is automatically correct. if ure born chirstian, then praise jesus, cause thats definately the right rleigion. if ure born muslim the praise allllah. has anyone hear ever had the guts to investigate thier religion and decide this religion cannot be the right one, and choose a different one.

p.s. if u only did this for example, like if ure jewish and hated all the laws so u become atheist , that doesnt count, most cases the person only did that cause its eaiser

I know, this is a repost of a question I asked a long time ago, but nobody really knew, so I'm trying again. When the movie starts, there's a green screen that says that the movie has been edited to fit the screen AND FOR CONTENT. What exactly did they have in there that had to be removed in the first place?
For those that don't remember the movie that well, it involved Donald Duck and a few South American bird buddies of his. It was a quasi-educational movie as well, with a few live action sequences.
Any ideas are appreciated -- thanks all!

I have a huge dilema. I was raised Catholic. I went to a Private Catholic school for 10 years and was raised to beleive in Creation (Adam and Eve). In high school i learned about Evolution, and began to believe this.

Well I now have a new boyfriend who is a devoted Christian, and he believes in Creation of course. I want evidence. Yes I know the bible says so and everything, but I just don't know. If anyone has any information on either sides I am willing to read and listen to what you have to say.

Ok. My dad was supposed to take me and my sister to my aunts house and go shopping. He got sick. My mom is also sick, (My cousin Hayden came over to our house while he was sick) What should I do? It seems that everytime something exciting happens, somebody either gets sick or doesnt want to go! Should I ask my aunt if she could take us, or my uncle?

There are no urinals in the women's bathroom. Is it ok to go in the men's bathroom if we prefer to use a urinal? I feel that it is discrimination to say that women can not go to the men's bathroom because we should have just as much right to use a urinal as they do.

Would most men have a problem with me going in the men's bathroom to use the urinals? I would definately have a problem with men coming into the women's bathroom, but that is a totally different issue because they have no reason to be in our bathroom. They have everythig we have AND MORE.

I'm trying to understand whether or not the Bible claims that certain thoughts are sinful, or whether only actions can be considered sin.

For example, I find my downstairs neighbor's fiancee quite attractive and I have covetous feelings about her. I wouldn't act on these feelings because I have respect for their relationship.

Am I sinning according to the Bible?

Do you think atheism make Christians faith to be stronger?

I mean, I watch TV and I see SOME atheists people saying Jesus does not exist, then comes another atheist saying Jesus mother was not really a virgin. Some atheists also say "without religion, the world will be a better place." Is Europe a better place? (80+% are atheists) Is China a better place?

Why do SOME atheists ralate the crusade with Christians? The Crusade was done by Catholics, not Christians.

I dont question Santa Claus, because I know he does not exists. Even if people have Santa Claus everywhere, I dont question "him" because it does not exist. Why would someone then question God if they claim He does not exist?

SOME atheists say they want a peaceful world, peaceful as Europe or as China?

SOME atheist also use the word "we" very often. Like "We atheists are more patience, more educated, amarter." "we" can be a lying word when generalized.

Why questioning why you dont believe in?

I am doing the invitations for my friends new years eve bash. How can I word that their will be drinks, but drink at your own risk (she lives next door to a police station)...and for them to bring an item, such as food or snack. My roomate has become a very religious Christian all of a sudden, and I too am a Catholic. I just like to as questions about things in the Christian Faith and this angers him. I ask why doesnt God just come down to earth and show us all his presence and power. Then he could bring all of the religions together, show us where we are wrong and what we really should be following? This would cure so many of the evil and hate against muslims and Christians and Jews etc. My friend then gets very angry and attacks me saying I just want to find an easy way out and not search for God through faith and bla bla bla. He really gets upset. I just think God could make the world such a better place if he showed everyone his grace and glory and didnt leave all theses people to wonder and conclude their own ideas and thoughts.
