No. . .

It cries when it is allowed to grow too high.
It can see the lawn's of the neighbors and feels left out, and unloved.

Like a fat girl sitting along the wall at a dance watching all the thinner girls out on the floor dancing and having a good time.

Good question! How can we honestly know? It's living, isn't it? I have heard several times that a tomato screams when it's cut. Spooky....
