Yes it is. People who answered No are wrong and should reconsider.
However: does that mean anything? Nope. But this could be the angry stay at home mom of 2008's brainfart, which will result in the banning of santa, or at least the renaming of that old goodwilling man. I propose Fanta. Oh, ****, that one's already taken :(.. screw you, coca cola company!

No. "Santa" is "Satan" spelled incorrectly. This does not imply that Santa is Satan, but rather that if you had intended to spell "Satan", then "Santa" is not the way to do it.
