Brother Semper - It's because our adversary, the devil, is busy in these last days seeking whom he may devour. Satan knows his time is short. He knows what happened three days after our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ was laid in the tomb, and he knows that anyone who will believe in Christ's atonement for their sins will pass from death to life. Satan hates Christ, and will use anyone or any media to disgrace the finished work of Christ. Most important, we need to pray always that God will continue to be longsuffering with those who are enemies of the cross, that they too will believe in the One and Only begotten Son of God and be saved. God bless you!!!

Well,in this politically correct world of ours, some people or groups will use that as #1-A Reason not to talk about Jesus Christ or religion, and #2-To justify their anti-christian beliefs. For example, let's say an individual does an atrocity of horrific proportions, there are again people or groups that will say that the person was into a "christian sect". ??? Well if some of these same people would say that about these reality shows, music videos, and movies, maybe, just maybe you would not have the craziness that is engulfing us.

Because it's human nature to take the worst example of something you don't agree with and try to hold it up as the "truth" about those (fill in the blank with the group of choice: Christians, Catholics, Muslims, racial or ethnic group, etc.)
If you paint someone else's crimes as black as they can be, then you can feel justified in hating them. For example, if you hate Catholics to begin with, then "Everybody knows how Catholic priests are nothing but a bunch of pedophiles. Those Catholics are just a terrible bunch of people."
And by extension, that makes anything your group does wrong look not quite as bad. "Well, sure, Pastor So-and-so got caught with a hooker, but that's nothing compared to what those Catholic priests did to kids."
I've been on this planet for 54 years now, and there are only two things that I'm 100% sure of: 1) the human race has an almost infinite capacity to fool itself into believing whatever is expedient, and 2) most people are in search of a good excuse.

Because the world hates Christ. And it hates Christians as we are told in God's Word. These people are on a mission too,you know. The most intolerant people on earth are those that preach tolerance and hypocritically scoff and mock at Christians for their faith. These are the Last Days of scoffers and blasphemers you know. Each passing year it gets worse.

Well, if the acts were done by Christians, especially in the name of Christianity, then it can easily look as if it's a hateful, foolish religion to outsiders. More harm than good is done.
If we do not show love to others, if we do not have love in our hearts behind our actions and our prayers, then they will be of no effect. Christ said that people will know us because we love one another as He loved us. Are we doing this? Do people, especially non-believers, see Christ when they see us?
God bless, and Merry Christmas.

You know Sir . People are meaner, and crueler than I ever known them to be. They fight anything good or Holy. they are so blinded ,that they can't see what a bad world they are creating for their children. But the word tells us Jesus love us all No matter, the ugly things said about Him He loves them the same as you and I .That is the beauty of him, People blame things on him, because they don't know him and so many people are so deprived of love they choose to hate with a vengeance. Pray for them, God Will l Bless you. and their blood is no longer on your hands. God, Bless you and your Family.

Lack of understand, faith and God. It's easy to blame God, especially if you don't believe in him.
EDIT:
There are people who seem to find some comfort in hating Christians. Curiously, they don’t believe there’s a God, but they spend a large amount of time arguing over him. Others just want to spend time pointing fingers at specific denominations or pitting denominations against one another. …but they themselves have no God.

Well, I could easliy be construed as such an individual. My reasoning is this:
SOME Christian churches are prone to intense spiritual abuse of parishoners. Those parishoners sometimes stay, sometimes go, and sometimes snap and kill people. If we could have fewer people snapping and killing people in the world, we would live in a better place. SOME Christian sects are just very condusive to crazy people. they either attract or create them, and then we have badness. I'm not trying to bash the entire Christian church, but you guys need to open your eyes and see what some people are doing to others in the name of Jesus.

What do you mean? Like the Crusades? The Inquisition? The witch trials? Using the bible to back up slavery? Beating and killing a woman who was raped? I'm not sure I understand your question yet.
