To me the cross is that place when a life ransacked with fear and hopelessness finds truth and grace and the place where the revelation of the mystery of God's love towards us becomes a part of me that is no longer beyond my understanding...it is the greatest paradox ever and it is amazing.

So many religions believe that everyone but them will go to hell.

So, who goes to hell?

I found out one of my employees worked at a strip club ten years ago. I fired her because she was an affront to my religious beliefs.

If he made the Earth, animals and the meadows, why not go into the country, stand in the middle of the field and say thank you as opposed to going to a dark damp church that rattle the collection plate in your face. I just don't get it.

sometimes when i try to go to sleep, i feel something or someone is touching my legs or my back or stroking my hair.
and i woke up a few times with bruises on my body.
i have no idea what's going on.
and sometimes i feel like someone or something is standing next to me and when i look, there's no one there.

I get along with my siblings, most of the time (I'm not saying we don't have our differences)...... We're as close as glue, for the most part........... Me and my twin sister Chelsea always joke around, my little brother Ted always says when he's scared, "Mom, can I sleep in Tommy's room?" And my sister Joleen and I always tease each other--in a good way, of course...... And I taught my brother to pray, "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, who's the fastest gets the most. Amen." Oh, and one more thing: the word "divorce" is nowhere in my parents' vocabulary........

And i mean Japanese & Chinese and asians living in asia.

They always say...Americans are fat..and the impression i get is that they think "and we're better than you..our people are hot and slim not like you moron fat americans". So in other words they discriminate.

So do they get some satisfaction from having that power?
That would be mean.

i think the true interpretation of the meaning of the invisible God is the latter.
personally i was visited by an invisible spirit that i communicated with. Why was he invisible because i think i was not worthy of the greater vision(s) of jesus which followed.
So in my experience and in my opinion, invisibility is for experience, but the visions of glory is for those with fullness of faith.
add to that sincerity, diligence, and works, and you have a formula which is greater than most christianity and other religions of the world.

I really want to become Wiccan. But my dad doesn't think that it's a good idea and my mom doesn't want to talk about it.

My mom is Christian and my dad says that he is agnostic (which I doubt)

What should I do? Especially since I want books about the Wiccan religion.

I haven't been able to find one. The only conclusion I can come to is that God is a Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Can somebody point me to a verse that says that God and the FSM are different?

If not, can you at least prove that God isn't a Flying Spaghetti Monster?

For as long as I can remember I have always hated the food on my plate to touch each other. Even if it's not any kind of liquid. I'm not 22 and still do not let it touch. For big dinners like thanksgiving or Christmas I always have 2 plates with hardly anything on either plate just to keep everything separate. Someone told me this "means" something.. Like a superstishious thing ya no.. What does it mean??

AND KNOW IT DOES NOT MEAN I AM CRAZY!!!

Why do you blame Him for everything? If man is in control of his own destiny? Why isn't man stopping the world's catastrophes, wars, famines, diseases? Don't you realize that until you give God His Glory, He will not hear from Heaven and heal our land?

i saw a fox earlier as i was going for a walk in the fields nearby, and it ran then stopped & turned to look at me, and ran then stopped & turned to look at me.

so i copied it. i ran a bit then stopped & turned to look at it and again, and you know it didn't run away it just watched me.

it was exhilirating and kind of oddly magical.

its not really a question as such i know....

very strange indeed?
