"Why do SOME atheists ralate the crusade with Christians? The Crusade was done by Catholics, not Christians. "
Sigh.
Your contact with reality is remarkably tenuous.

"Why do SOME atheists relate(sic) the crusade with Christians? The Crusade was done by Catholics, not Christians. "
The Crusades happened between 1095-1291. Martin Luther posted his 95 theses on Oct 31, 1517 so beginning the protestant division. As we see, since prior to 1517 all Christians were in fact Catholics they therefore as a whole deserve part of the blame for the Crusades.
'SOME atheist also use the word "we" very often. Like "We atheists are more patience, more educated, amarter." "we" can be a lying word when generalized.'
I never claim what another person thinks or feels, and will not speak for anyone but myself. If you plan on making fun of the fact that most Atheists claim to be smarter, you really need to double check your spelling. Because, I will say that I am at least *smart* enough to use correct spelling and grammar.
Oh, almost forgot, I don't believe in your fairy-tale, lightning bolt throwing, outdated, overmanufactured, lying, murderous GOD.

In my case, it was conversations with my atheist friends, along with a sound education in science, that made me LESS religious!
So I think the door swings both ways.
Catholics are Christians; in fact, Catholicism was the main force of Christianity at the time of the Crusades (and still is in most parts of the world). Therefore, the Crusades were an act of Christianity, for good or ill.
I can't speak for all atheists, but most of us question God and not Santa because nobody is trying to use Santa to gain political power and control other people's actions. I know I, and many other atheists, would have no problem at all with God and religion if it weren't such an abused and terrible force for corruption and mistreatment.
Yes, a world as peaceful as Europe would be nice. Most of the countries in the EU aren't involved in a war currently. I can't think of a single European nation that invaded another country on a flimsy pretext, yet our Christian-majority country did, and is still there, making a spectacular botch of things! In general, the countries in Europe that are more atheist than religious have better life expectancies, better health care for all citizens, lower infant mortality rates, less involvement in wars, and stronger economies. I would be thrilled to live in an atheist-majority country (in fact, plans are in the works to emigrate to one within the next 5 years or so).
" "We atheists are more patience, more educated, amarter." "
Well, I personally don't know many atheists who make huge generalizations about their immediate community, but there are studies that seem to indicate that among the most highly educated and smartest people in the world, MOST are atheists. Surely that says something, and any atheist who quotes this statistic at you is telling the truth.
I think it might help you understand where atheists are coming from if you read the book Letter to a Christian Nation, by Sam Harris. It's short, and very informative, and it has some statistics and citations that may answer your questions in more depth.
Also FYI it will really help your argument about how atheists are not smarter than you if you take the time to read back over your question before you post it with this many typos. Frequent typos make a person look decidedly un-smart. I'm not saying that to be mean - just to help you out. If you want to show that you're the intellectual equal of any atheist, it will help your credibility if you present yourself as one. "We" will at the very least take your statements more seriously if we can read and understand them easily. :) Peace!

First off--Catholics are Christians, and it is offensive to Catholics and an indication of ignrance when people say they are not.
For me, atheists make me think more about my beliefs, which is a good thing. When I have found that what I believed in didn't stand up to cross-examination, I abandoned those beliefs. I've also learned things from religious historians which have caused me to examine my beliefs.
As far as I'm concerned, atheists provide a reality check for religion--a needed one. Their influence has not destroyed my faith, only shaped it into what I hope is more logical and simple.

I always say that people who are not qualified to speak, shouldn't, so the people who do this really need an education.
A person can only judge something when they've learned everything about it, so humans are not in the correct position to do this, that's why there's so much of chaos and confusion.
There is no peace any where in the world. And a life lived immorally and unscrupulously will not solve world issues.

1. Of course you will point out China when it comes to atheism, but you leave out the middle east when it comes to religion.
Japan is a secular nation and has some of the lowest crime rates and one of the most prospering economies.
2.How do you "know" Santa Claus doesn't exist?
3.We use "we", because "we' are, in general, are better people than theists, with a clearer sense of judgment and better sense of morality. Our thoughts and actions aren't biased by outdated, bigoted religious doctrines.

I have found that atheists have made me a better Christian. In seeking answers to their questions, I have had to study and learn more about my faith, solidifying what I believe in and having to back it up with reason and evidence.
Of course, this is only from athiests and not anti-theists. The athiest is a thoughtful person who has taken all the evidence at hand and come up with a different conclusion than I have. They are open to listening to reasoning that runs counter to their established beliefs and are generally polite and engage in meaningful conversation. The anti-theist on the other hand is abusive, insulting, and reverts to name-calling in lieu of reason. These folks do not help and in fact hinder the whole exchange of ideas and debate.

You seem to think that your belief system is not steeped in the blood of millions. It doesn't matter to me that you try to differentiate between Catholics and Christians. You both believe in the same god, same Jesus, and same bible. You just don't agree on the interpretation.
Don't try to point out other countries as not doing so well when we here in America are just as messed up as they are. It has nothing to do with their belief of lack of. Politics is the culprit there.
As for any questions I pose about god(s), I do so to make anyone with even the tiniest bit of logic think about their odd belief systems. I don't need to believe in your god to question you about it.

For the first 1000 odd years of Christianity, Catholicism was the only religion worshiping Jesus. You people use ignorance like a blanket, keeping you warm in your world of lies.

There you go mixing political ideaology and religions.
Communisim has very little to do with atheisim. Secular countries tend to do better then more religious countries. Look at the statistics secular democarcys in Europe are better then us in all statistics that affect your daily life, low crime, higher pay, better health care, better education, etc.

Once a person has said this...
Some Christians make it more difficult to believe in Christianity, that's beyond doubt.
