Think about it no Protestant Reformation means no Protestant denominations which are a lot by the way. So what you do? Would you join the Roman Catholic Church? Would you join any of the Orthodox Catholic Churches? What would you folks do? By the way this is in no attempt meant to make anybody defensive or upset anybody so please just simply answer the question and move on. Thank you in advance.

But if all these amazing things really did happen, why didn't reputable contemporary historians write about them?

But there was a story made up about the fictional legendary hero Sun God Jesus who said, "Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's..."

But there is no historic mention of Jesus anywhere?

Jesus, the myth, turned water into wine, raised the dead, fed thousands with scraps, died on a cross and the dead saints rose from the grave after a big earthquake and a black sky and walked among the people and the Bible says that the fame of Him spread throughout the known world... yet...

in History - nothing. There should be tons of historical references to these amazing earth shattering things if they were true. It's no wonder that the first century Christians and Paul only spoke of "Christ" as only a spiritual philosophy and not an actual person!

When did the Catholics decide to personify Christ? and why?

Why do people blindly claim to "know" this myth? Is it just simple self-delusion? You know, wishful thinking?

Do facts matter anymore?

Ge 3:22 Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever"

I know the word "know" can mean "understand" or "experience or partake of." But it must mean "understand" here, because God says "become like one of Us." If it means experience or partake, then God would be experienceing or partaking of evil.

Any ideas?

I HATE my living situation. My flatmates are vile. I think they're selfish, disgusting, and I don't enjoy putting up with their group sex and subsequent "guests". I actually wanna puke when I see them. Live in landlords! Anyway, should I forfeit my deposit and leave right away, losing $1000? In the grand scheme of my life it is not too disastrous...?

I just didnt realise how extreme they are before moving in.

For instance, suppose that you are female and you are attracted to both men and women. You decide to only date men because you don't want to go through all the drama and stress of coming out of the closet. You live as a straight woman and are capable of having a healthy, loving, long-term sexual relationship with a man. You still find some women attractive but you keep the feelings to yourself. Are you still bisexual?

Whether or not it's true, do you think it's reasonable to require physical or demonstrable evidence of God? And rational to think such evidence has not been found? Is it logical to accept as true what modern science has shown?

If so, do you think it is unreasonable that people with this view should be punished eternally?

I found, from studying all versions & perversions of the bible, an Authorized KJV (not RCC nor Protestant perversions) is best for study of biblical allegory, solving mysteries thereof; which is like navigating through the ultimate matrix, with lots of mirrored phrases and twists to the mystery, especially near the end, already written.

I use a pre 1900 KJV simply called Holy Bible, which is neither RCC nor Protestant versions of KJV. It contains an Epistle Dedicatory of Bible Translators, but not Apocrypha. Epistle Dedicatory notes Translators were traduced & maligned by Roman Catholics & Protestants, likely printed their own KJVs.

KJV is translated from 6 bibles already written, is 7th bible, as one made better from 6 good; In the fashion God saw good x6, very good 7th time in Genesis 1. I find no dangerous helps in the KJV.

I find it easier to search phrases, previous mention of such, in the KJV, than in any other version.

What are your thoughts on the Authorized KJV

This is for all my Bartenders and Waiters out there. Who are the worst tippers? ( Indians, Blacks, Hispanics,Anyone from the UK) Let me know what you think! I hope this is not offending anyone! I worked in the service industry off and on for the past 5 years and it just baffles me on how consistent certain people are at being cheap!

Okay, this is my dream. I was walking with a bucket of water. Inside the bucket of water were some small fish and they were just swimming around. Then, some of the small fish jumped out of the bucket. The fish did not look like regular fish, but they had faces almost like people in a cartoonish sort of way. The fish that fell on the ground started saying bad things about me like..."Who does He think he is?, He is a phony and a fake, Can you believe what he said about my religion". They were very offended. The fish just kept going on with there many bad comments. So, I walked back and picked up some of the fish and put them back in the bucket of water. There were some that I tried to pick up, but they rolled through and fell through the cracks in the wooden platform I was standing on. I could not reach them. I saw them laying in the dirt with earthworms crawling around them. They were still talking bad. What do you think?
