Hello Dear,
According to the only Word of God - The Bible, teaches that God, took a human nature in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ( John 1:1-14) and paid for the sins of the elected people(Romans 9:10-24) before the foundation of the World(Ephesians 1: 4-5)
. This does not mean that these people were worthy of being saved. Because there is no good people as the Bible teaches(Romans 3:10-23, Jeremiah 17:9).
I hope that this answer may help you.

Well technically Jesus didnt really die. He rose again. You cant really answer this question without knowing if God can die. I don't think god can die, but then again god is all powerful im sure he can kill himself. And you cant answering this question without defining sin. How can god die for a sin. What would be the point? Wouldnt we sin anyway once he was dead? Ultimately to take away sinning you would have to take away evil thought. Taking away evil thought would mean taking away free will. And the whole purpose of god is he gives us options to live. Without evil there is no good. Without hate there is no love. So if god wanted to rid our sin, he would have to irradicate what makes us human, choice.

I don't think it is possible for him to become a human.
He is a spirit creature, that made other spirit creatures such as Jesus. And the angels. But that doesn't mean he is just like them and able to do that.
Sometimes having our son do something for us is even more painful then going through it ourselves.
Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; 16 because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him. 17 Also, he is before all [other] things and by means of him all [other] things were made to exist, 18 and he is the head of the body, the congregation. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that he might become the one who is first in all things; 19 because [God] saw good for all fullness to dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile again to himself all [other] things by making peace through the blood [he shed] on the torture stake, no matter whether they are the things upon the earth or the things in the heavens.
Revelation 3:14 “And to the angel of the congregation in La·o·di·ce´a write: These are the things that the Amen says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God,

well some think Jesus is God's son and Jesus died for our sins so if it is true that Jesus is God's son, than that's not a God I want to worship because what parent would ever let their child suffer as much as Jesus suffered on the cross - but other's believe that Jesus is God so if you believe that is true, than in that case God himself did die for our sins

He did. The Messiah in the Old Testament is clearly God the Son.

why would you expect anyone, especially God, to die for your sins? that's selfish, and foolish to request. He did, by His own choice take our sins, but you couldn't possibly believe that anyone could be worthy to ask that someone else, especially God, pay the consequences for their actions.
