Blood of Jesus, terror of demons, save us.

Mary as the figure of the Church stands under the cross of Jesus and is sprinkled by the blood from His pierced heart, foreshadowing the sacraments of the new law.

I can't beleive I'm hearing these comments. You better hope there was a Messiah. If not We'd all go to hell. But because he came, our sins our forgiven. And were given gifts of being as priests and Gods. Meaning we can talk to God one on one with no priest being the intermediate. And by B.C standards we all live as Kings, almost all of us. What hope would there be if you didn't believe in that 2000 year old blood. That 2000 year old blood will be used to bring the next messiah back. And soon he will claim his thrown on Earth, not heaven not hell Earth. And for all you athiests even if you don't believe in God, he believes in you. And that doesn't change the fact that he's real. Just to be on the safe side. If there really is a God wouldn't you want to go to heaven? What if is the question. Man made the world the way it is, not God. He gave us the right. The right of free will. And he made it a #! rule never to interfere with man's free will. We made the world the way it is. Not God, or Jesus.

have been told and read that we are saved Only through the blood of Jesus.

Through the blood, our sins are removed and we have eternal life, Through the blood of Jesus, we are saved while works do not save.

Jesus' precious blood has removed the burden of works the Christians tell me.

They exclusively use certain verses to support their views, for example;

"for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins." (Matthew 26:28)

and

"So Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you;" John 6:53

Now the Question I have is, Did Jesus mean this metaphorically or literally?

Did Jesus really mean to drink his blood or was Jesus saying another one of his many parables?

Did his "blood" figuratively mean {his works} or did it really mean his blood?

If it is truly his blood as Christians suggest, why then when his Mother (as Mothers know their son's better then anyone) was standing under the cross with 'others' did they not seek the blood.

Revelations 19:13
He was clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is called "The Word of God". The blood bares the offering of sin and death, he took this on. This particular blood meant that the word had entered anew. Unlike man, the Christ, after he died did not moan about vengence. The thing is we are only edified by it if we seek him. It gives us a chance to live, but it also gives a chance to Hell by choice without a blood relationship with him.

Without the shedding of His blood there would be no remission of sins. The blood He shed is so pure & Holy that it cleanses anyone who will accept His atonement as a sacrifice for their sins. There is life, eternal life, in the precious shed blood of Jesus Christ! THERE IS POWER, POWER, WONDER WORKING POWER IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB! God bless you!!!

What can Wash Away MY SIN.......

NOTHING.... but the Blood of JESUS.....!

(1John 1:5-to-10) This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

(1Jo 1:6) If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

(1Jo 1:7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

(1Jo 1:8) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

(1Jo 1:9) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

(1Jo 1:10) If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

In these VERSES....." and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin."

The Term.... Cleansesth US.... In the Greek Language of the NT.... Reads..... " KEEPS ON CLEANSING!"

IT is in the......" PRESENT CONTINUAL TENSE.....!" Could be said..... Keeps On CONTINUALLY Cleansing!

Thanks for Asking ! RR

Completely metaphorical. The real power is in Jesus accepting our sin upon himself.

By his stripes we are healed, by his blood, even though our sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow.
