I seen that this question has been asked before but this is from a different slant. We are given a rhetorical question from Romans chapter 8, the answer of course being, 'nobody'.

But is that really true? Does simply having God on one's side rid them from all enemies? Let's see, Satan is definitely against me; demons have made it clear they cannot stand me. I do not think the guy behind me with the gun, demanding cash, is a team player. People in Iran view me 'an American' as the Great Satan, they certainly are not in my corner.

I know God is 'for me' that's a given, but the added--who can be against me I have to take from the perspective of God encouraging us to unity. What's your take.

It would be sick! The body count would be like 2 million! If it is made I think it would get an "A" for adult rating because it shows people being stoned to death and I think the game play would either be like a third person shooter or first person. and they should have like a GPS weapon where you move cursor around and whatever its on top of will get smiten (by God supposedly). It would be like a mix of Spartan Total Warrior,Halo,2,3,Prince of Persia series, and Crack Down with some surival horror. Im talking about a game where you actually play as Jesus and other biblical characters that have a system like Fable where you can gain exp and lvls and you never really die just get very old as time progresses like the game could start with the birth of Abraham and end in the year 3000. Also melee wepons could come into play like crobars and as time progresses closer to present day you could get gun. Online multi-player capabilities will just add more to the fun!

...... we know anything?

I think everyone is an agnostic deep down. Some try to fool themselves by saying they know one way or the other, but how can we know? If God is so much higher than us cosmically, we are but microbes in a petri dish being studied. Maybe we'll get to the end and see a gigantic eye looking down at us.

I would like to know what are the different Christians' callings given by prophetic word that people have. Are you doing that calling now?

Am I "taking this out of context".

(1 Sam 15:1-3 NIV) Samuel said to Saul, "I am the one the LORD sent to anoint you king over his people Israel; so listen now to the message from the LORD. {2} This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they waylaid them as they came up from Egypt. {3} Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.'"

I understand the Amalekites were enemies of God's chosen people, but for him to demand genocide can in no way, shape, or form be deemed just or moral by any rational humane being.

The New World Translation reads John 4:23 “Nevertheless, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshipers will WORSHIP THE FATHER with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him”. Jehovah’s Witnesses often cite this verse in support of their position that only God the Father -that is, Jehovah- is to be worshiped. Jesus, a lesser deity, is not to be worshiped.
Even though the same Greek word used to speak of worshiping Jehovah (PROSKUNEO) is used of Jesus Christ in the New Testament, the WTS says that the word is to be translated “obeisance” and not “worship” when used of Christ. Christ may be HONORED, but worship only to Jehovah God.
To begin, it is intriguing to note that at one time the WTS actually endorsed the worship of Jesus. An early issue of THE WATCHTOWER magazine said that “to worship Christ in any form cannot be wrong.” (Watchtower mag. March 1880, p. 83) Some years later, another issue of the magazine said, “Yes, we believe our Lord Jesus while on earth was really worshipped, and properly so. While he was not THE God, Jehovah, he was A God.”(Watchtower mag. 15 May 1892, p. 1410)
Then many years later, The Watchtower mag. Dogmatically stated that “ it is unscriptural for worshipers of the living and true God to render worship to the Son of God, Jesus Christ.”(Watchtower mag. 1 November 1964 p. 671) They warn: Do not erroneously conclude that Christians are to worship Christ; that is not what he taught.”(Watchtower mag. 15 July 1959, p. 421)

* Why did the early issues of The Watchtower Mag. Say that we should worship Jesus while later issues say we should not worship Him?
* Since later issues of The Watchtower said it is “unscriptural” to worship Christ, does that mean the earlier issues of The Watchtower were “unscriptural”?
* What does this major reversal say about the Watchtower Society’s claim to be a true prophet of God?

How many of you think that churches are just businesses? I mean, they pretty much just brainwash you to get your money, if god is real, do you think he wants your money? that just kind of seems silly to me. and about the commercials on tv where they want people to send in their last thousand dollars and claim that "god" will make them rich and make everything better for them? i mean how can people be so ignorant to believe all of this? it is just mind boggling to me.
