I think it is in your best interest to learn basic grammar skills in modern English before you start asking anymore questions!!!!!! "Were do you think" means absolutely nothing!!!! Were is in the past tense and think is in the present tense. You need serious help or I am afraid you will never become a functioning part of society!

I have grown up in both the US and South Africa. For the most part, I think you can learn English from one place and understand the others. You should avoid, however, adopting any heavy accents. When I first came to the US, I couldn't understand people from the Deep South. I believe the same is true for Boers and such in SA. Try to learn a very common vernacular, whether it be from the UK, CC, US, or better yet, all three !!!

the pound is very expensive at the moment which means that we brits have more to spend when abroad the downside is that everybody else will find it dear to live and shop here
