Gay is an unfortunate label.

I have always believed that I am more than who I have sex with. Although I stalk the LGBT halls, the fact that I love a woman and a man at the same time doesn't define my self image and I don't believe it should define others. My life is more than my genitalia and how I use them. It should be more defined by my mind and my skills. When I look at my lover, I see an excellent design engineer who is also a real life cowboy, a swordsmen, and a devoted son. I don't think of him as "gay" even in bed because he is more than a big dick and set of balls. It's the same way with my wife, she is no more a life support system for a vagina and a pair of breasts than he is for a package. I see her as a brilliant artist, mother and business woman who is the other love of my life. I think if people would quit being hung up on who they screw and worry more about who they really are then the question of What is ??? will eventually be moot.

Transgenders aren't gay unless they are attracted to the same gender as they identify as.

Homosexual means to me (and I'm a fairly literal person) a human being who is sexually and emotionally attracted to members of their own gender.

Gay to me includes, gay men, lesbians and bisexuals. Not Transgenders unless the above definition applies.

getting philosophical on us, Wayne? Gay to me used to be difficulty, challenge, prejudiced roads ahead, but as time went on I have realized that it has also made me defiant, self assured and fulfilled. I have learn to come to terms with who I am and be very happy about it. The Universe has given me great family, friends and lovers, and has granted me good health, sufficient intelligence and stable prosperity. I enjoy a good and loving relationship.

wow, you're just filled with queries aren't you?

gay used to mean being happy but it also defines a male person's love for another male, instead of the word love. A gay person is one who simply is happy being with the one he loves, another of his sex.

Bi - which is my category refers to people who are attracted physically and emotionally - if that makes sense, to people of their sex and others.

Transgendered, I'm not too informed about. But, I'm glad there's a diversity.

A label that attempts to define my love.

I will also embrace a label and fight against those who attempt to tell me who I can love and who I cannot.

Gay people, in my experience, are people who had a bad experience (or many bad experiences) with the opposite sex and so they are hoping their own sex will be better to them.
