What is the difference between mediation and intercession and how does it relate to Jesus Christ and the communion of saints?

This is not a question asking for your opinion. I am looking for a correct answer.

So. I'm testing you. What do Pagans worship? Are they evil? (I know what they worship... it's not anything bad like most reatrds think).

If they invited you to a Samhain party or whatever, would you go? Politly say 'no thank you'? Or be rude and say they'd go to your make believe hell place?

I realize that everyone is different, but in general, there are groups that are distinctively more rude and obnoxious than other people.
Are they trying to make up for something? Pretend they own the place because of their minority status?

I work at a place that offers special discounts for seniors. However, our "age" for seniors is 65+, instead of the usual 55+. This is posted on our many signs for admission prices, however, many people read over that and assume the age is 55+. I admit, I'm not the best judge of age, and I have a difficult time telling if some people are really seniors or not. If anyone has / works for a new home-owned business, you know that every dime matters, and we could be loosing quite a good chunk of profit with unauthorized senior discounts.

So I ask- What is the best way to go about confirming someone's age without offending them, or being to intrusive?

Considering the fact that anything claimed to be older than that cannot be used as evidence since I was not there to verify its origin.

Hi,
My FI and I are both Irish and are getting married in Las Vegas. We have the ceremony and reception booked, the problem now is, can we get married by a priest, as the ceremony is at the reception site and will be taking place outside. Can priests perform marriages anywhere, or has it to be on consecrated ground. Also, would the wedding be recognised by the Catholic church here in Ireland. Thanks for any help you can give me with this one...

I need an infant charlie brown costume or at least zig zag shirt. I've looked everywhere and can't find one or even a yellow shirt period. Does anyone know where I can find one. I need it for a baby--not adult or child (I've found those). Thanks! :)

Does this mean that with each new generation we are getting better? Does this include our brains and the way we think as well or just primarily physiologically? Sidenote: If I were to look at a photograph about 100 years old, would I be able to see slight differences physically in people?

I have a thing for languages. I mean, I'm totally addicted to them. So went to this polyglot party and there was this Polish girl there who started challenging me, going from one language to the next and when I kept up with her through several of them she said in a condescending tone(that I'm sure I didn't take wrong because others at the party had similar stories), "You're pretty smart for a black guy.", to which I replied, "Well, you're not so stupid...for a Polish girl, by the way, how's your German?"( I said this in German). And the room went quiet. My date said I was rude but I think my response was par for the course.

It's approaching that Holiday time again. I display the Christmas Villages mainly Dept 56 and Lemax. Last year I started to decorate Thanksgiving Weekend and just didn't have enough time and thought I didn't do a good job. When does everyone else start displaying. I have about 40 buildings not including accessories and will be adding at least 10 this year. My family think anything earlier then Thanksgiving is to early for Decorating, but they don't understand the hard work.

Some Christians say that praying to anyone other than God directly is a sin. As a Catholic, raised to pray to Mary and other saints to ask them to intercede/pray for us, I wondered what the basis for this belief is.

I am just curious, for my own theological growth, not looking to start a fight, so only civil answers, please.

Obviously all the gods are made up. But were any of the characters in the stories real? I know in real life there really was a Trojan war and they did use a wooden horse to get inside. What about the kings? Were there really kings called Agamemnon, Odysseus, etc.?

4). The Beginer's Guide to the Gift of Prophecy by Jack Deere
5). When Heaven Invades Earth by Bill Johnson

When a white person wants to go to college there parents just usually write a check out for them.

When a black person wants to go to college they have to get a job WHILE in school. They have to juggle paying bills, studying, and going to work. It is much harder for a black person to go to school then a white person.
