I think the catholic structure always makes for better setup in fiction than the protestant structure. Things are more easily identified. Is there really any peace in leaving the oldest Christian church and trying to make up your own? Why not a mass revolution of reformation instead of separatism?

Most churches would be empty by the things that go on behind the closed doors of the Catholic church but no,,, the stupid people keep going back for more...

I believe it's in response to a Catholic diocese evicting several sets of nuns (many elderly and with health problems) so that they can sell the convents to raise money to pay off the lawsuits by people who had been molested by priests. They then slapped a gag order on the nuns so that they couldn't complain or tell anyone of their plight.
Not a smart move...

A bunch of Baptists and other fanatics got together and agreed to spam Yahoo questions with anti-Catholic propaganda. Nothing new, they do this once in a while. Every religion engages in smear campaigns. The Catholics do it too, just not on Yahoo.
