I ask this question cause i want to know....why do women who practice christianity wear skirts thats show their legs and wear tight, short tops, that visabilly shows her figure, arms,and neck to the rest of the world for. .A women's beauty should be for her and her husband only shouldn't.(just like men are only allowed to show their stuff to their wives) why in this case should her male/female friends, family members or other strange men and women get that right to see her like this.

A christian women wearing a skirt that shows her flesh will only get her unwanted stares which ofcourse she doesnt want to get to begin with as a faithful christian. surely isn't that degrading and being unmodest to her self

and why are they not allowed to wear trousers since it covers both legs fully.and if she likes to wear skirts why cant she make them longer and cover her legs completely from the ankle.wouldn't this protect her and make her less worried about how her legs look

Don't you find it totally amusing when a member of one religion with completely irrational & unprovable beliefs calls the beliefs of another religion "stupid" or "not real religion" or "having very little to do with God"? It's like, hello, pot? You're black!

And a religion less than 2000 years old? Considering the age of the earth and all the religions before it, What makes you think this is the one "TRUE" religion?How can you scoff at ancient religions and call them myths but believe in this one?

The bible is first mention of this god in history and was written or writing began rather in 1500BC and Christianity was not introduced until 33AD.Religions have come and gone since the begining of known history why do you believe this one to be THE ONE?
Just wondering.....please don't quote the bible to me.....that kind of defeats the question.

I always thought that the definition of 'sin' was an act you personally did to transgress the law of God or something like that. If person A does something evil, it's his sin, and not innocent bystander B's sin. If somebody commits a crime, you throw them into jail, and not some person picked out of a phone book. Pretty straight-forward...

However, according to standard Christian doctrine, the sin of Adam and Eve was somehow passed on or transferred to billions of people who never consented to Eve's sinful act at in the first place. They simply have existence thrust upon them, and are born with one foot in Hell due to something they never did.

Is this even remotely fair and just? Doesn't this make Jehovah into some arbitrary bully?

okay so one night a long while back I had a realistic dream of flying to this island and sat below a tree. After some time of animals being around and ignoring me a wolf aproached me and I realized after being with it that it was my guide. It laid beside me and I learned from it for some time about the ways of a wolf and the world and stuff all though it didn't always talk to me in a connection sort of way. I realize now that I had used a certain method to figure out my guide that I read online way after the dream but does it sound like a spirit guide or a physical guide? The dream felt way too real to be just a dream. Curious of which it is. Have any suggestions? And if it is one guide please give tips on how to find the other because I would like to know what my other guide is. I really love wolves, horses, rabbits, cats and anything mythical.

Considering when the book in the bible was written stating the Law is bondage etc. It still makes no sense to me if Jesus followed the law til his leaving earthly ground.
