turn off your computer. put on some shoes and a coat, if it's cold. open your front door and go take a walk. breathe deeply and swing your arms to get the blood circulating around in your body. keep a steady pace, don't just stroll.
come back in about 1 hour...you may not be interested in r&s and may decide to go get a good night's rest...

Why are you concerned about the purpose of christian contribution to this venue? Your beliefs are your own and quite personal. Just go forward, and continue with your beliefs. Accept that everyone has a right to their own theories.
