I am so amazed that so many people don't know of that fact! the fact that it's the Catholic monks preserving the Scripture is very much historical! how come Bible-fundamentalists don't know about it?

There are mostly Benedictines in my area, but there is a Franciscan college.

Personally, I like the Society of Jesus. They are a powerful order and have the coolest vestments.

around Pagans and Wiccans then being with other Christians?
I have friends and family who are Pagans and Wiccans, even had one friend who said she was a witch, she told me that about a year after we met, we met at work. a year later I went on to a better job and we grew apart.
The question is, How many Christians really feel more relaxed around people not of their own faith?

This is to those who say "not a single one condemns terrorism" on the very question they answer doing that. Why are you so afraid when Muslims quote the verses stating that those killing others are wrong? Is it because you no longer feel special, and that in your mind the delusion of being a target is destroyed?

I'll say it again. I'm not going to kill you. My religion wouldn't allow it unless you were trying to kill me, and even then I am only allowed to do what is necessary to save my own hide. I'm not searching for you. I don't care what you do or how you live. You are not so special that I'm going to give up my own life, my own freedom, and my own family to do that. God means more than some deluded fool thinking I'm hunting him down. Even without God, that's just plain stupid.

Does it make you angry that most Muslims don't think you're so special that they will give up their lives for you? Does that "I'm so special I'm a target" bubble get popped? Yeah? Good.

Hey folks them JWS need to be saved .
Fact we all need to be saved ,. For whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shallbe saved, Romans 10;13

O.k, when you say gay marriage is wrong b/c god says so, do you really want to follow a god that is 'prejudice' (for lack of a better word) towards people?
Living your life by a book written by people that claim this is gods word, it's not like Jesus wrote it!?!?!
Living your life to please something you don't even know exists.

In Australia today, i say the show - 20/20 on Pay TV. I must say, i was not suprised to see how the head of the churches spend their donations. All were millionaires & only donated 2% of the donations to charity. That is disgusting. They were quite happy to say that they look after themselves first. It makes me wonder, are Pastors & Priests REALLY religious or, are they only pretending to be a part of the whole "God" thing, purely for the money?

Is this ridiculous belief that God placed dinosaur bones under the earth as a test actually a widely held belief??

If not how do these nutters explain the existence of dinosaur bones?

I have neighbors who have these campers and they are a little
higher than our 6' wood fence. One day I was standing by
my big tree looking to see if the raccoon was coming over
the fence. I see the neighbor looking back at me as he was
on top of his camper. I have no desire to see what he is
doing. I would call the Police if I heard a burglar alarm in
the area though. Otherwise, I think it's best to keep to
myself in my neighborhood, especially with the robberies
going on. Are you chummy with your neighbors?

Most of Christianity is not based on the words of Christ but the words of Bible authors.

There opinions are now equal to divine commands and the word of God.

That sounds very very spiritually dangerous.
