The Pronounciation of "defo" is really "there'fore".
There'fore means: for that or this result; as a result.
There'fore can also means definitely in a way, but does not perfect..
See this example:
How many seconds is 1 hour?
60 seconds = 1 minute
60 minutes = 1 hour
