The uptight amoral Hollywood sect is cutting Kathy's remarks upon winning her emmy (way to go Kath!)

"A lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award. I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus," an exultant Griffin said, holding up her statuette. "Suck it, Jesus. This award is my god now."

Asked about her speech backstage a short time later, an unrepentant Griffin added, "I hope I offended some people. I didn't want to win the Emmy for nothing."

I just love her, she says what she means and isn't p.c. ever!

This would be a huge step for Atheists if the darn awards committee actually let it be shown, so of course they aren't.

So, do you love this, or will you condemn her to hell?

How do I know whether I should do something or wait for God? Sometimes I can't tell because it says in the bible that you have to rely everything on God and that at the same time, that's like praying to God for money but not working... or praying to God for successfullness but not doing anything... But this problem isn't about any of those, and how can you tell whether you have to do something or that you should just wait?

I mean sure, curves are great and yes, thinness has been overemphasized in the past, but come on, people act so ignorant and immature about this matter. Do they really think the best way to show women all body types are attractive is to attack the type that as been idealized in the past? So now everyone is attractive, EXCEPT skinny women?

I'm tired of hearing size 0 and seeing picture of Nicole Richie in the bikini and a 6 ft tall model that dropped dead because she was starving herself. In reality, size 0 is a size worn most often by perfectly healthy, attractive women. It's sad when someone who is a size 12 thinks they can starve themselves down to a 0 and look good, cuz that's just not the case. There are different body types, and I'm tired of being insulted so that larger or more average sized women can feel better about themselves.

The media has always fed us bs, why do people think this is any different?

If you look at the bibles we have today. like the KJV. And you look at the oldest transcripts available,( I m talking centuries ago ) there are so many differences. Some of the stories such as when Jesus saved the women from being stoned were not in any of the original transcripts that were available and this story just showed up in the 12th century. So how can we say that It is truly gods word.. Before the invention of the printing press the only way to get a copy of something was to write. And old manuscripts have shown that many of the copiests have changed what was written from some of the manuscript s that they were copying from. Sometimes it was unintentional and sometimes it was deliberate. Since we no longer have the original manuscripts of any of the gospels and other books in the bible , How can we know what was the original word? since all we have are copies of copies of copies. Which have been proved to have been changed .

I know that you cannot wear a cross or have them displayed in your homes. What about angels? Are they banned as well?
