As far as we know, every word in the Bible was written by a Jew. Christianity started out as a Jewish sect. This, however, is the worst reason to reject it, simply because it is associated with a particular ethnic group. Christianity on its own doesn't make sense, not because it's associated with Judaism. Judaism as a religion is just as nonsensical.

Most scholars believe that the many of the authors of the NT were Jewish. There is question about Mark and Luke. Mark seems unfamiliar with several key Jewish concepts and historical points, and Luke also seems a little shaky on some of the historical points as well. In some circles, the Jewishness of John is in question, but his fluidity with the OT seems pretty solid and therefore, probably Jewish.
Your questions, however, becomes a bit complicated if we ask what kind of Jews they may have been. There were many sects of Jews, and sects within sects, which colors how one interprets the individual books.
But in short, yes, most were Jewish.

I am sure he did. I have never read anywhere about the religions of the disciples. Though Jesus comes from a predominantly Jewish area, most people of the time had lost faith in God due to the Roman occupation. The same with the Hebrews during the time of Moses. Jesus being open minded probably choose disciples who had no religious affiliation, individuals who would easily accept his teachings rather than question them.

No all of Jesus' disciples were Jewish. All were Jewish boys who were not the cream of the crop in the Jewish schools and were not chosen to go on to study under a rabbi and eventual become rabbis themselves. The disciples were just normal Jewish young men. And yes, the Bible was written by Jewish men.

You do know that Jesus was Jewish himself, don't you? So, if you believe that th NT are the words of Christ then you are reading the words of a Jew. Oh, and yes the disciples were Jewish too.
