Well, it really depends....

God does not want us to be willfully igorant of His law...

But, if one maintains willful ignorance of those things that are salacious, or wicked, or which lead us on the wrong path, then God certainly would endorse our willful ignorance.

There are no absolute rights and wrongs in this question. You have to be more specific about what you mean. God is much more interested in the content of your heart than in the data stored in your brain.
