I made a promise to God that I will do my best to endure the emotional pain I deal w/at school. I have major issues about people making fun of me. NO matter how hard I try I can't get away w/the thought of people always thinking I smell. This lead me to break into tears like a cry baby and confronted the person whom I felt was mocking me. But what a fool I was to confide in an enemy and yet seek for her to understand my situation. I alreayd made the mistake and despite reading the bible, listening to christian songs and praying I have fallen. I just don't know what to do when I go back to school (college)..Should I act as if it didn't happen. I fell so just get back up and continue to hold on and trust in God? I feel so disappointed in me. Bible this, God this and I failed him by breaking down in class and having people know my weakness...I wanna change but why is it sooo difficult...I don't wanna keep failing God but it's so hard to change...

Quite a while back I said I would let everyone know how it turned out when I suddenly lost my job through very unfair circumstances. Today I was hired for a job with more pay, more benefits, better hours. I just want to say please rejoice with me! Halleluiah! glory to God in the highest. And thanks to all those who prayed. question. Do you remember me saying I lost my job awhile back? I was pretty devestated. Was replaced so the boss could give her daughter a job. Now the daughter quit, and she wanted me back but I am at a better position.

I know its a little early, but what should i be for Halloween?
Ive got an idea... but im still not sure
I would like to be something like a faerie, angel, or witch.

Physics has proven religion wrong in many ways, like before the church used to say everything revolved around us, science proved that wrong. And other things as well. And now religion is trying to tie in with some science so they won't be claimed false.

I'm Christian, but there's just too many things interfering with religion that's making me doubt it.

I am contemplating my belief in god and everything I have ever stood for in religion. My first form of questioning was Everything happens for a reason. I seriously question that on. I completely believed in it for so long and then my grandmother dies. We knew she was dying. It was cancer. I was especially close to her. But it was OK because we talked and she said she would show me a sign if she could. I have yet to hear from her. It has been 3 years. NO MAGIC! Now I am questioning everything and I'm 39 years old! What the hell? Can someone tell me if this is right?

Question Details: I've had numerous psychics say this guy at my work likes me but after going to work yesterday,I pretty much doubt it.

Does he really like me? If so why hasn't he showed he likes me eg; chat more etc... Has he met someone else since splitting with his fiance? I heard he might have. Not sure I want to waste my time if there isn't anything there to go on.

There are people in the world living worse than American dogs... It seems that Iraqi civilians killed by violence or African children dying from genocide and famine are (to the folks at places like PITA) worth less than dogs...

It pisses me off when you see all of this is happening in the world and a bunch of hippies are wasting all of that money on giving dogs a nice carpeted, air conditioned home, with plenty of food... and a bunch of chumps are donating money for that cause when their own fellow humans are suffering more...

Please... Tell me if I'm wrong?

Non white people (in the USA) often refer to their clothing, music, and everything that encompasses their style as "ethnic."
Ethnic is such an incredibly broad term that using it in this manner is completely ridiculous.
If it is being used to separate the culture of non-Anglos from those of Anglo descent, the use is still wrought with inconsistencies as Anglo itself is an ethnicity.

Anglo, Irish, Jewish, Polish, Norweigan, German, Slavic, Italian, Greek, etc. are ALL ethnic groups- how did this practice become so popular and who are the fools behind it?

Everyone says you need to have a personal relationship with God, so to me that means treat Him like your friend. So I do. Aren't Christians supposed to be honest, so why can't I be honest about the errors in the Bible without people calling me an unbeliever. Would I be a believer if I lied and claimed the Bible contains no lies or distortions, when every Christian who is honest with himself knows they exist in fairly large numbers?

You think they would be nice back sometimes, after all I explain their doctrines to them so they can better understand how to answer atheists. For example " why did god wait to a certain time to make people?" and I say well, you ever see a math symbol for infinity? it is an endless loop so anywhere in that figure could theoretically be the beginning. So , do they show their love and warmth to me, or do they continue to tell me about how my weinie is going to roast in the fires of Hell, which scares me because I know everything tastes just like chicken there, and they play Barry Manilows greatest hits on an endless loop.
