Only the good one can go heaven, the bad one can not go just because they believe in some thing that may forgive them for sin that they commit. Some one die here and some one born in heaven, they may change much because the transfer process as we change when we grow up from childhood to mature.
The good deed that we do will change us to be a better man.

I personally believe that EVERYONE WILL go to Heaven for the Final Judgement.. we will face Jesus with full memory of all things that we have done both here on this planet and prior to our coming here to receive a physical body...
I believe that some people will be banished from Heaven at that time if they are not willing to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior (which is likely if you won't accept Him here on earth)...
I believe that everyone on this earth followed Jesus Christ during a War in Heaven.. otherwise we would have been cast out just as Satan was.. prior to coming to earth and getting a physical body.

Sin cannot enter into the Kingdom of God because He is holy, pure and hates sin. That is why Christ died at Calvary. He was the sacrificial Lamb whose shed blood redeemed us from death, sin and the grave. People just can't "turn good" after death just to attain entrance into Heaven after spending a lifetime rejecting God through sin. When we are dead it is too late.

There are no "ifs" Either you are going to Heaven, or you're not. Sin cannot enter into the presence of God. So, to answer your question--No.
