Pakistan Independence Day is celebrated every year on 14th of august. Pakistan got freedom from British on 14th of august 1947; making 2 parts of India. Tomorrow is 14th august, another day of independence will be celebrated throughout the world. Currently Pakistan is faced with challenges related to security, economical growth, war against terror, political dissension etc. I’d like to know how the world looks at Pakistan today. Your comments about Pakistan in the light of what you know about Pakistan are valued. Make sure you’re not presenting your views after a mind-set made by the media in the western society about Pakistan and Islam.

I would say purgatory is the most because it is
saying that Jesus Christ couldn't pay for all their
sins at Calvary.
What other false teachings would you say are
most blasphemous in the Catholic church?

Say no one believed in a higher power and that all people were equal and struggleing to survive. Would the world be a better place? I mean doesn't the religions foster hate for people who isn't in their religion. In India they even have untouchables? how cruel is that? Say we eliminate all religion wouldn't that get rid of the reasons for war?

So one of my answers were that I have to believe in ghosts in order see them, is this true? I mean if thats the case then I guess I'll never see one cuz I dont believe in ghosts, I believe once you die thats it, why hang around here? I guess its sweet if a deceased family member wants to check on their loved ones but they cant help them, financially, I mean a ghost cant get a job, ya'know?

I went to see Evan Almighty yesterday. I thought it was extremely funny, and it had a very good moral, and in my opinion, portrayed God as a God I would like to believe in if I didn't already... He had a sense of humor, a purpose, and wanted only to take care of His children. But many other Christians I've talked to tell me it's "sacreligious" and we should boycott it. I just looked at it as a funny movie that actually portrayed God in a good light... what's so wrong about that? What do you think, sacreligious? If you're a non-Christian, what did you think about the movie?

For me it is my daily walk and journey with Jesus, that I desire to know and love him better, to walk with him with a purer and cleaner heart and for Jesus to help me with struggles I have in daily life....
A Stronger desire than anything else....

Acts Chapter 19 shows it is a totally different experience than when you believed or were water baptized.

I believe Jesus referred to it in Acts chapter 1 verse 5 also.

I'm trying to find Bible verses that speak about the sort of power (or lack there of) that Satan has in the world.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hi. I really want to go to a college other than BYU, but, I don't know if they would honor my wanting to go on a full time mission after my freshmen year. Do you know if that wold be acceptable, or if they would terminate my enrollment. Anything would be helpful, thanks.

I just got engaged. My ring is just a little big on me. I am a 6.5 and my ring is a 7.0. I do not think it is a big deal. My fiancee got me a beautiful ring. The carat, clarity, cut are of a high quality. I am very happy with my ring and my sister went with him to help choose it. I think it's fine that it's alittle big because eventually when I get pregnant there maybe some swelling. It's not huge on me but friends say it's a little big. I do not want to look ungrateful or high maintenance. It would be ideal if it was a tad smaller but my sister insists this won't be so easy to do because of the uniqueness of the ring. Any advice?
