People are racist because they are ignorant and hateful. The ability of certain people to mutate and become albinistic has nothing to do with race or racism. This mutation is usually a disadvantage to the albino, since it can sometimes lead to eye problems and overexposure to the sun's harmful rays. Albinism affects a side of my family and a few of them have eye problems. So the ability of every race to be "white" is totally irrelevant to your question.
