I've noticed through repeated testing Of Wicca and Christian web groups on yahoo that there is a false bunch of witches and Christians in every last group who just love to call people Liars! in this test These people came out of the rock work Like Flies on road kill. if you read their Post they are Pitiless and Vicious to the point of psychotic. What do you think of them?

Japanese, Chinese and Jews are said to be the smartest people or with the highest level of education in the world. They question evolution more than people in USA do.

So, what make you think that you are smarter because you think "evolution is right"?

Are then Japanese, Jews ad Chinese less smart than American just for the fact that they question evolution?

I read this today and was shocked, What is your take? This was document approved by the the Pope himself:

"Christ 'established here on earth' only one church," the document said. The other communities "cannot be called 'churches' in the proper sense" because they do not have apostolic succession -- the ability to trace their bishops back to Christ's original apostles. And only the Catholic Religion can offer salvation.

Seriously, why? Both of you all believe in Jesus as your Savior. You both believe in the Trinity. And the Catholic Church has been around for about 2000 years and the Protestant church has been around for maybe 500 at the most. I would like to know what fundementalists think about this.

Some time ago, I asked a question regarding the baptism of my child and the consequences for him should he die before being baptised. At that time I was assured that he would be considered innocent until he was old enough to make his own decisions on his religion.

Last night on television I watched a programme in which a very young baby was desperately ill, but in the midst of the medical team trying to do their job, they send in a priest to carry out a baptism in case the baby didn't pull through?

So, what are your thoughts? Are children who die without being baptised frowned upon by God, or would the baby have been accepted into Heaven without the baptism?

p.s. The baby survived thanks to some groundbreaking treatment.

I'm following up on a question I did a couple days ago. I think you can go to Heaven no matter what religion you are. You can even make it as an agnostic (I'm not going to go as far as to say athiest anymore even though I think it might be possible for athiests to make it too) as far as I'm concerned if you're a good person. People continually quote this as their argument for why you have to accept Jesus as your "personal savior" to get to heaven. "I am the way,the truth and the life. No one comes through the father except through me." This could also mean that if you accept the father you've done it through the son whether you believe he's the Messiah or not. It can be read both ways. There is also a bible passage (I don't know what passage and I don't know the exact quote) that says something to the extent of, "If you're not against me you're with me." So this means, if you do good things, you're not going against Jesus which in turn means that you're on his side. What do you think?

do we actually know what jesus looked like? were there any portraits painted of him during his life? i assume not, or we wouldn't have such debate about whether he really existed.

so what makes people think they know what jesus looks like?

My life as a human being for the most part is pretty normal and satisfying.....Great family, son, husband, friends.a job I like
and comfortable with myself..HOWEVER the deepest inner part of your soul needs to be fed in my opinion, and for me GOD fullfills that void in your soul, and that is the completion process, the fullfilment of having a personal relationship with GOD.
What and who fills the deepest part of your inner soul? and do you feel complete in everyway in life not having a personal relationship or belief with GOD?

Just wanted to get a few more opinions on this issue...

I'm a Muslimah who has worn hijab in the past but does not currently (a slightly threatening incident has me with no scarf for the time being).....

right now i'm wondering if the hijab might be worth the attention it brings in the US right now, and want to hear from anyone who has an opinion on its purpose

Peace and blessings,
Sakina

PS i don't at all mind honesty, but i would appreciate respect
