that it is true and uses something written by human beings as proof? I have yet to understand that. How do you know? How can any human being on this planet know absolutely for sure what is out there? And how in the world can someone "authorize" a religious book if they're a human being, king or no king? It's so confusing to me.

I am a assistant mananger at a convenient store and I had a regular customer come in about two weeks ago and complain to my coworker that I "used to be nice now I am a 'b' ". Mind you, I was standing right there. She said that she was glad someone else was there to help her. I don't ever remember being rude to her. I probably had a bad day and wasn't too chipper. It's not in my nature to be rude. Some people might feel that this word "b" is okay to express themselves, but if I called her a ***** then I would no longer be employed there. She came in again 2 days ago on her cell phone loud and extremely rude, which annoyed my other customers. Today, she came in and I told her that no one else is here to help her. She said give me two lottery tickets or I'll call your manager. I gave her the tickets and told her to have a nice day. I am really bothered by this, because I don't feel like she should be able to disrespect me and still come in the store. What should I do?

Which was basically meant to discuss things in a rational yet mature way of doing so instead of doing so in a way where everybody ends up ranting and raving and bashing one another which doesn't actually accomplish anything. Can we ever be able to do that on this section? Or will it be the same thing but a different day?

I need to figure out how to make negative commands out of these sentences:

darle un regalo
ser tolerante
tener paciencia
decir la verdad
estar de buen humor
ir a clase temprano
venir a case
salir temprano para la escuela

This is one example:

Hacer la tarea= no hagas

I just dont quite understand..so if someone could help that would be great!! thanks!!

there were alot of guys named Jesus at that time in that area, then how do they know that all the stories in their book are about the same guy?

You never hear them debating this, and I had never heard of how popular the name was before they found his tomb.

It's proof that he lived, why are they so angry that his death doesn't match the myth?

For the past few months, I began to notice certain things about the society and people in general. I began to realize the truth that this world holds. Certain actions, morals and ideals that I have noticed in the society are poignant, they make me feel sad, some make me mad, others make me confused and yet others make me want to change. I realized how insignificant certain things are and I saw the uttermost importance of other things. I am changing, and I am happy to be doing so. Certain things I look back at and I realize how cynical and insignificant they are.
I am also beginning to realize how corrupted this society is – the sad part: People do not see it. Most live their lives as if they are preprogrammed to do so, their lives are built on a fragile network of customs and “laws”. People live lives with their eyes closed to many truths that are obstructed by the “society”. Morbid.

HOW DO I GET ON A PATH TO ENLIGHTMENT? I WANT TO BE FREE OF INTERNAL BURDEN AND UNEASINESS.

My friend and I are emailing each other about religion. She's a Christian and I'm a pagan. She keeps saying stuff that I don't know a lot about. For instance: why do you ask saints and Mary to pray for you? According to her, you shouldn't because they are dead and they can't answer prayers.
I don't really know why she's talking to me about Catholics, I already told her that I'm not the best person to discuss that with . . . but anyway, if you can explain those things to me, please do.

-Why do you ask them to pray for you, even though they are dead?
-Aren't you, by communicating with the saints and Mary, communicating with the deceased? And how is that okay?
-How do you know that they can hear your prayers?
-Why do believe in Purgatory, even though it's not mentioned in the Bible?
Thank you in advance for your replies. : )

What Does This Scripture Mean?

Surah 3:55 Behold! Allah said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee "superior" to those "who" reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection:

Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute."

After ranting about my mental health on previous questions, i have been advised to get a 'hobby', for social purposes. Yet i am too scared to do that. I was going to apply for a gym membership and i saw a good friend of mine and turned round and went home. Thats how scared i am of new things and social interaction.

Any hoo, can you think of a hobby/club for me?

From: myshieldisgod

Subject: hey pervert

Message: And what is your evidence that the creationist museums are ridiculous? What a bigotted snot you are. Do you always go about making fun of millions upon millions of Christians, and that includes little kids, and the best selling book in the world, and without bothering to use your lazy brain and fingers to type "evidence" and "bible" into a search engine?

What a stupid lazy arrogant idiot. Be ashamed of yourself. Or better yet, go about telling everyone there is no God and that its okay then to make up your own rules and rape kids.

anwersingenesis.org for your cocoon brain that wraps itself in stupid lies you don't bother to confirm as true. Can you browse that site moron? Doubtful since u are so wrapped up in moronic opinions.
