I know this isn't a good enough excuse, call it laziness, I call it being busy, but I don't have the time to take it.

I'm not really talking about porn, but its close to it anymore. Those dating(they're really sex hook up) websites that show half nude women on any regular site ( Like this one) Doesn't anyone have standards or values anymore? Don't people go out and meet other people anymore?

There is nothing wrong with women being different from men. They are both different and they both complament each other. They are like yeng and yang.

Just something I've been thinking about. If there was no such thing as an eternal life in Heaven, and God simply asked you to worship/believe in him and go to worship every Sunday just on the basis that he created this world, would you still do everything that a devout worshipper would do just on the basis of "loving God"?

Well; Things are bit complicated: My previous boss wants to write everyone's review for last year (He left the company half year ago). My now boss does not really care about his reviews, he has his own opinon. How do I tell my previous boss that he does not need to spend time to do this? I really don't think they will be used at all.

Would appreciate you help me to find a better way to tell my previous boss.

There is an advert for Oral B's computerised product on TV. If necessity is the mother of invention, I am finding it really hard to understand why people buy this stuff....

The ark and slave ships.

1. Stifling and overcrowded
2. The smell of filth permeates the air
3. Passengers must either stay aboard or die
4. Passengers had no choice except to board or die

Everyone agrees that the transport of humans from Africa to America was disgusting. Of course, forcing them to leave their families was bad enough, but the sheer inhumanity of the transport conditions is repulsive. Why then, do people glorify life on the Ark? At least it didn't take a year for a slave ship to sail to America.

God could have done better for his chosen people. Seriously.

Is trust an all-or-nothing thing? Or a matter of degrees? Can you trust some people with respect to certain matters and not others?

Do you have any examples - in business, in romance, and otherwise?

What do you think?

Thanks!

Some say at conception, some say when the fetus has a brain, some say when there is a beating heart, and others say at birth. What is a logical way of looking at this?

To follow God means a complete 180 turn in the way you live your life, I think most everyone will agree on that.

What's stronger, the evidences you have to convince yourself the Bible isn't true, or your resistance to changing the way you live your life now?

I have just stumbled upon her preaching late at night on a small cable channel. I understand she replaced her husband Gene Scott, who I used to find refreshingly different as a tele-evangelist years ago, after he died. What do people think of Mrs. Scott?

I am a white Pagan woman, and I have a Southern accent, and I live in NYC. I swim three mornings a week. Today it was cold and my hair was still damp, so I twisted the back of my hair up and put a designer scarf over it. I don't like what hats do to my hair. I guess it looked like hijab, even though my bangs were out.

Wow. I got some really hostile stares on the bus. And a man asked, "How *could* you?" He thought I was a convert to Islam. I told him he could think what he wanted, but it's winter, and what I'm wearing on my head doesn't hurt him whether it's for religious reasons or not.

A Muslim co-worker did want to know where I got the cute scarf, though.

Now it's tying my hair back, in a ponytail, and my big bad Vera Bradley scarf won't scare anyone when I go out to lunch today, I bet.

What's the big deal? Do other women (Muslim or not) have experiences like this? Have you ever treated someone like this?

I know I'm ranting, but I want to hear your thoughts.
