You already answered your own question.
Yes they are both equally different and distinct and complement each other.
Life is duality, it is a dialectics, Yang and Yin, Day and Night, Light and Dark, Hard & Soft etc etc.
And because of the differnces there is dynamism, there is life.
Scientists will tell us that life exists on this planet because it is not in equilibrium, the Moon is perfectly in balance so there is no life there.
Yes men and women are equal and yet distinctly different.
Yet everyone can be also free to determine there own masculinity and feminity.
I say real "equal rights" is that we all are free to be masculinie or feminine as we want, and to change between the two states in ourselves - whether we are physically male or female.

For the most part yes, economically, politically. But in the household I would say NO. There must be social roles, to keep society in order. A man should be a man and a women should be a women. Play thier part. I don't think a women should be oppressed by a man by any means but what I am saying is is that if we keep equating things any more than us men are going to have our legs open in the bedroom.

A movement was born late in the second half of the XX century when western women clamorously set a claim in motion involving 3 billion beings: "Women are equal to men".

In that area of the world, women claim equality lacking critical and decisive rationale as to how is it that ~in millenniums of recorded history~ the women of the past never made the claim when they realized that women are equal to men.

All the time that passed by since late in that XX century, women remain unsuccessfully presenting their logical minded companions of life with genuinely convincing evidences demonstrating that the equality never before claimed is more than just a verbal claim, but a fact of life that nature wanted and intended. food

Should nature had intended for the two sexes to be equal ~the author leads a reader to construe~ wouldn't it be reasonable to expect nature giving men a strong instinct ~or sixth sense perhaps~ telling men in every corner of the world that nature wants all of them to conceive their companion of life as an equal being ?

The author leads a reader to focus on daily events where women send messages that trigger for men to sense ~consciously or not~ if equality is convincing. After all, in the absence of evidences, men have only one way to verify equality: to observe women.

This view allows to deduce on whether it is likely or not that a long-standing failure to present convincing evidences ~and everything men observe from women every day~ is one of the reasons why a solid number of men do not appear to be persuaded.

In some levels yes but the fact is that there are some things women can't do that men can just like men can't give birth. So the answer has to be NO. SORRY LADIES. I go by the facts.

Equal in what way? Women need men to fertilize their seeds to make babies and the mans brain to protect them while the child grows, so there are unequal tasks assigned to each gender, how could there be equality?

Men and Women are equal; Men have their weaknesses and strengths and so do women. We have all unique, different individuals, yet are both equal.

1. equal pay for equal job. If a man or woman can't do the job, then they just can't do it. But if they can, there's no sense in paying a woman (or man) less just to be a jerk

2. i give my husband the big piece of steak, he makes sure i get off the sinking ship first. That's also equality in my book. give and take.

Equal and different are not synomous.

And yes, women and men ARE equal. According to law and according to the Creator.

It is 'man' who treats them differently.

Equal in all things? I'm not sure I'm ready to see American women sent to war if the draft is ever reinstated.
