In my opinion, God is eternal, which time doesn't apply. God see's time like a train on the tracks. The tracks have a beginning & an end. God see's the whole thing at one time as the train is moving. He can see the past, present & future all at once.

God is outside of time. He exists in the past, present and future simultaneously. That is how He is able to give Revelation of the future. It is said that "prophecy is history written in advance - but God has an eraser." God doesn't pre-determine our choices, but He knows which choices we will choose in the future. Knowing our choices is not the same as controlling our choices.

He's in Eternity, He don't see time. That's why that scripture say one day in the presence of God is like a 1000 years.
