Sub-questions: If everybody asked questions that can easily be satisfied by Wikipedia (such as, 'how does technology "A" work?) - why bother with Y!, then?

And what do you think about the rule that forbids us to voice any kind of grievances? Please, look around the coffee shops of the world! People love to talk about interesting, often controversial things!

Think about it. Even the 13-year-olds, whom we are trying to protect, want to be able to ask and answer Q & A that are interesting and mind-stimulating. How would children and adults feel if they are taught the dogma that they are guilty until proven innocent? I know how it is, because I have experienced it.

I'm not saying we should allow explicit rudeness and hatred. Of course not!

And, hey, look around Y! We still have inane questions running riot (without being detected) out here - such as 'what would happen if I ++++ Jesus' ++++?'

if religion does not Save us?!!! then why is there religion.... i believe all religion started out by God who ordained prophets. but Many religions are started by Satan and fallen angels which predominate the nature of what is taught to be true and what is rejected. the churches of satan use indoctrination to propagate false religion and the worse servants of darkness Kill the prophets of god so that truth does not exist.
I think the priesthood of God exists in only One church and according to Ephesians ch. 4 religion was organized so that people can have fellowship and be taught correctly but it is written that antichrist exist the scatter the flock and Wolves enter as though they appeared to be sheep. Hence even the ancient church was destroyed from within by false teachers. if the first church was corrupted so easily what does that say about all the churches? what does that say about traditions and false doctrines existing today that are commonly believed to be true?

considering how many christians feel that it is empirically understood (or should be) by everyone that homosexuality is chosen sinfully, not something they are born with, it is odd that, across the board, most mental health professionals agree that sexual orientation is most likely a result of environmental, cognitive and biological factors, and cannot be forcibly changed.
Are those doctors, using "man's reason," lost in satan's lies?

Since everyone here has spoken out about how commercialism bothers them, what are you doing this year that does not involve any at all? Will you make those things lifelong traditions or not?

I belive jesus died for our sins and he is the son of God like most Christains, but I also belive like the Gnostics do, I belive that there is a Mother God and a Father God, and that every one has a angel, I take Yoga classes and use angels cards, and I belive in Karma and in reincarnation, I'm really trying to figure this out, I hope that you have a open mind and don't judge me on what I belive.

I watched something on tv where they were saying that people who die young always somehow knew that they weren't going to live very long and had mentioned this many times before they died to friends/family. Do you know anyone who died young, and told you they couldn't picture themselves being old or said that they felt like they were gonna die young?
It was Sylvia Browne who said this by the way.

We are both 13.We are in 8th grade. He is my best friend. We share our faiths we have done many school projects as partners. He is religious and as am I.Recently while doing some searching I came across some shocking things.
http://www.landoverbaptist.org/news0201/quakes.html
I mean my faith has always respected Christianity but why the hatred against Hinduism?I wish I never came accross that source. It has scarred me.And with the whole cow thing. We only consider it to be sacred because it has provided resources for man.So it symbloized Earth.Hindu is not polytheistic. Its monotheistic as in 1 god with many incarnations and forms as well as servents from infinite Universes. Here this will explain it more. Its not the primitive religion the world thiks it is.Im sick and tierd of everyone not being able to see what Hinduism really is.And the intellect behind it.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hinduism
Does my friend and his faith really think of me and my kind that way? This really scarred me

If I am having trouble finding a job and no one is calling me for an interview, do I be proactive and call these people or just wait for a reply back? I've submitted my resume on Friday and its now Tuesday. But, considering being the holidays I would think they need people. Is it wrong to call and would that be bothersome? How do I not sound demanding on calling the employer and asking about whether I can be considered? Or do I just wait?

I ask because in this question:

Someone says, "I'm not atheist or Christian; I'm a secular Humanist."

This I find surprising, since I suspect secular humanism is probably the leading philosophy among western atheists.

I've had a lot of other kids at school tell me that Santa is fake I was wondering if this was true or not because my parents always tell me that he brings the gifts on Christmas eve and he always eats the milk and cookies that I leave out for him.
