First- Demographics - a lot of users in this site are from the US, which still has a lot of Christians in it.
Second- Christianity stresses greatly the importance of charity and helping others, so Christians may be more likely than others to answer questions on Yahoo!answers.
Third -Christianity are often very open about their faith. So they may be more likely to cite their faith in their answer.
Fourth- Many questions people ask are about relationship and society, so religion can play a valid role in these answer. (I doubt many people invoke Jesus in answers to the math questions.)
Anyway. That's it.
God bless you. ;)

the point of prayer isn't to modify the favor of an unchanging God. that isn't feasible. the reason we pray is to strengthen in relationship with God, growing evermore depending upon him. This, in turn, brings about a peace of ideas and an understanding of why issues ensue like they do. this isn't to assert that God doesn't answer prayers, because he honestly does, yet in effortless words in accordance inclusive of his will and purpose. merely keep in mind that God's ideas are far above ours, and the in effortless words way we are able to be able to understand the guidelines of God is via the examining of scripture and unceasing prayer. As for the reaction from "C" : it extremely is faulty. If God did not hear the prayers and cries from the lost, no guy may ever be kept!! The verses you pronounced in Isaiah are close to a human beings that had no favor or activity in God in any respect, yet basically needed his reward. attempt examining by skill of the Psalms, extraordinarily Psalm 107.

Alot of people have "God and Jesus" in their life and live according to it. It helps to make them better people towards others. So it reflects in their answers just as you being the way you are reflects in your question.

This is a religion and spirituality section.
Would you rather have, 'because Buddha says' or 'the Koran says' or 'the Talmud says'.....?
They are all welcomed on this site as well.
Since we're in the States, you will see a whole lotta Christians on this site.
Blessed Be. (a wiccan invocation)

there are a lot of (emotional) 13 year olds here.Unfortunately 13 year olds seem to see things in black andwhite, with no shades of grey allowed. They have a need to fitin, and rligions take advantage of this by sublte blackmail and brainwashing. (If you want to belong in our group, then you have to believe this, you do, don't you? ) then they have sleepovers and camping trips where they talk about God and Jesus until morning, allowing the kids no sleep until they begin to believe the garbage the pastor is spewing.

For some people their faith is important, and all answers can be summed up in those beliefs.
Now if you're referring to the condescending, extremist answers, than those people are TOO into their Faiths, and need to calm down.
